Great experience. Great team to work with. Only reason for not giving 5 star is that there always room for product improvement. Again, great team.

Pros

We migrated to Onelaw Aug 2025. Smooth, painless event. Great trainers and communications. Post migration they held our hands long enough to get us comfortable. Very responsive helpdesk post migration (still are). The product itself is pretty intuitive, so in most case can work things out by "doing". My staff don't grumble or complain - that's important.

Cons

We still have work to do on our templates and precedents. That more on us though. Nothing significantly negative comes to mind.
