It has all the features I need but not the "bloat". I like that because it's self hosted, my data is my own. Because it's open source and free, I don't worry about the cost of additional seats when I add new users. Pros Kanban is free and open source and is self hosted (you host it on your own computer or server - or even in a docker container). It has a rich API that makes it easy to integrate with your other systems. Cons The user interface is easy enough to use but it looks a bit old school. It could use some polish. Switched from [Trello](https://www.capterra.com/p/211559/Trello/) I don't like Atlasian's bloat and I don't like their monthly costs. Pros Easy to use and administer. Setup and upgrades are also easy to do. Plenty of functionallity and good documentation. Cons It is sometimes difficult to get an overview when there are many tasks. Difficult to see priorities and progress. But I think that's more a usage problem or a generic kanban problem than the software per se. Reporting is perhaps not that good.
