"Great Support - Open to Customisations "

**Pros:** Auto-merge feature is highly helpful and increases the operational efficiency. Support response is super fast and team has a solution first mind set. Customisations can be requested and implemented on a fast pace.

**Cons:** Rider location update can be tricky if riders are using underground train (Ubahn) / don't have good connection. Discussed with MotionTools support but seems that its not something that can be solved via tool. This issue might exist unless underground train (Ubahn) networks gets better.
