KYC verification = ok, but UI can be better Cards = Missing the business card verification. We were told this is on the roadmap and we asked about estimation and we were told there is no estimation. I mean, come on.

Pros

The cards validation feature do not give us many issues

Cons

The support team, although responsible, looks very disorganized, they give conflictive information, sometimes they don't even answer the question we asked.

Reason for choosing Sumsub

For the support to the cards verification, and it worked quite well when compared to Klippa.

Initially, the need of a long-term commitment to access the service. However, I'm happy to see that there are now more flexible pricing plans.

Sumsub is faster than all the other software compared. The interface is user-fiendly and fully integrable in the different CRM system.

Cons

Costumer support for specific question is too slow. We have been waiting for 1 month before receving an answer during the Christmas period.

Takes time to understand nuances of how verification flows work.

It is simple to use, steps are coming next to natural, easy to understand , makes sense what is required in order to set up any new account.

Sometimes the face validation is a bit annoying when the user needs to turn around the head to complete the step.
