LawWare Reviews
"Not for small firms"
Overall: I feel like I was duped into buying something from a company that absolutely does not care one bit for small solo firms.
Pros: Everything the software can do in the demos is fantastic. The ability to keep everything related to one client file in one place and see all documents, emails, etc. in one place is nice. Also, the integrations of other services (like AML checks on new clients) would be great if it worked.
Cons: Well, I haven't been able to use it - I'm paying for nothing because the customer service was so bad, no one helped me get set up, and no one followed up with my multiple attempts to get help. I was told they would help with setting up templates for engagement letters, but they would not provide me with information about how to create templates on my own, and no one made templates for me. I'm just paying my monthly fee until I can cancel after my 12 month contract is up. Meanwhile, I'm double paying as I still Clio, which I was planning to move away from.
