Pros This product has a great user interface to support improvements in matching, able to review buckets of patients that are near matches or that have concerns. It's back end API calls are pretty straight forward. The quality of the matching is high, and though all software has issues, the customer support is very responsive. Cons I wish this product had more user access to creating reports on their database or more canned reports we could have made to run ad hoc. We found Verato to be the best in class at this work and a pleasure to work with during implementation and on support issues. Pros Integration was straight forward and we love the power of their referential matching capabilities Verato brings to the table. Cons Would like to see a better process for replaying messages that may have errored out during the intake process. Once our agreement was signed we scheduled a kick-off meeting and within a couple of weeks we were up and running. Probably would have gone faster if we had focused our attention on the integration. Pros The ease with which it could be deployed in our environment. It was by far the quickest component to add to our global registry and repository of advance care planning information. Cons I cannot think of any features that are missing for how we use the product. However I do wish I could use Verato for types of services such as NIST identity proofing. I also wish they supported consumer in other countries. Reasons for choosing Verato We wanted a proven performer and MPI engine. The price to go with Verato vs build made it a no-brainer.
