They were able to help me with my issues within an hour of email support. Pros It was so easy to use and reassuring because as you run the scan, you can see it finding your data while it's scanning. They helped save me months of work. Cons I wish the upgrade feature would automatically detect the system that you're on (Windows or Mac). I ended up purchasing the Windows version instead of Mac which was what I needed but their customer service helped resolve that matter very quickly.
