The program is straightforward and reliable for recovering lost files. The interface is user-friendly and the recovery process is clear, even for people who are not very technical. It is a good solution for recovering files from external drives, SSDs, and memory cards. Pros The software is very easy to use and the interface is clean and intuitive. The scanning process is simple and the deep scan feature is powerful. I also like that you can preview files before recovering them, which makes it easier to find the exact files you need. Cons The deep scan can take quite a long time on large drives, but that is understandable for a thorough recovery process. Review Source R Reviewer Photographer Used the software for: Less than 1 year ### "Easy to use data recovery" February 24, 2026 5.0 Pros EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard is a solid, user-friendly recovery tool that performs well for accidental deletions, formatted drives, and lost partitions. The interface is clear and approachable, making it suitable even for non-technical users, while the deep scan is thorough, especially on HFS+ and NTFS volumes. File previews help verify results before recovery, which saves time and avoids guesswork. Scan times on large drives can be long, and recovery quality depends on disk health, but results are generally reliable. Overall, it’s a dependable option for DIY data recovery when professional services aren’t required. Cons Scans can take time on huge drives, but accuracy, previews, and reliability still earn a good review for what it does. February 20, 2026 5.0 Great and responsive customer service. They were able to help me with my issues within an hour of email support. Pros It was so easy to use and reassuring because as you run the scan, you can see it finding your data while it's scanning. They helped save me months of work. Cons I wish the upgrade feature would automatically detect the system that you're on (Windows or Mac). I ended up purchasing the Windows version instead of Mac which was what I needed but their customer service helped resolve that matter very quickly. Try it, its for daily use for people who manage huge chunk of data on a daily basis. Pros Ease of use and swiftness, I just had to download the web version and go about it.. in no time could I retrieve some critical data that got deleted erratically. Cons Absolutely nothing, EaseUS was supercool.. nothing could I find as a deterrent in the whole journey of usage. Review Source MS Marion S. I inserted the SD card and it took like 15 minutes. Pros How quick it is. I've lost my files a while ago on my SD card. The software was so quick and I found everything back. Cons The price. Even though I only needed a couple of files, then it is very pricy to get them back.. Sadly Review Source R Reviewer DOP Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Great intuitive program with excellent recovery results" February 12, 2026 5.0 Great service in the chat after just 1 minute of waiting. Professional handling, excellent design of the software. Data loss is always an emotional moment. It’s reassuring in this situation to feel confident, well advised, and guided intuitively by the software. Good visualization of the search process and the results. Pros Very fast installation and intuitive user interface. Very clear and, in my case, 100% satisfaction with the data recovery. Cons t’s a pity that you can only recover 2GB in the trial version. But I can also understand that the developer monetizes their capabilities, and it’s great that at least you can see what is still readable on the card. It’s reliable, safe, and extremely efficient. It recovered photos, videos, and important documents I thought were gone forever. Great value for money and fast customer support. I 100% recommend it to anyone who needs to recover lost data, especially videos. Pros What I liked the most about EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard is how fast and easy it was to recover my lost files. The interface is super intuitive and simple to use, even for non technical users. I was amazed by how many files it managed to recover from a damaged drive. Definitely the best recovery tool I’ve ever tried. Cons Honestly, nothing to complain about. Maybe the deep scan could be a bit faster, but it’s totally worth it for the results. Review Source R Reviewer Owner Used the software for: 1-3 years ### "Recovered deleted database files from APFS drive - fast and straightforward" August 13, 2025 5.0 Lost critical database files during a Docker failure (caused by me). EaseUS found everything in minutes. Clean interface, fast results, got my data back. And compared to other software tools, it saved me hours of manual recovery attempts. Pros Clean easy to understand interface, with no learning curve. it found my deleted database and related files fast on macOS (APFS formatted drive). File preview showed exact sizes and modification dates so I could verify it was the right data before recovery. I definitely prefer the EaseUS software simply because it's straightforward to use! Cons Purchase page doesn't clearly indicate Windows vs Mac versions so it can easy to buy the wrong version - always verify. Would prefer if trial let you recover at least one small file to verify it works before purchasing. I was devastated. A friend recommended EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard, and I’m so glad she did. It recovered Word, Excel, and even some old client PDFs that I thought were gone. The software is a real business-saver. I tried multiple recovery tools before EaseUS, but none found the files I needed, most likely because those other software programs renamed my files, but EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard gave them to me exactly the way I named them, and it was easy for me to recover them. Pros The recovery process was smooth and surprisingly fast. I also appreciated that it recovered files with their original names and structure. Very easy to use even for someone who’s not tech-savvy. Cons The only downside is the pricing—it’s a bit expensive for a one-time recovery. A more affordable or pay-per-use option would make it perfect, but I felt it was all worth it when I recovered the most crucial files for my work. I've also tried many recovery apps, and this one is definitely the best. Pros The app's interface is very modern and user-friendly. You can find everything easily. It's also very fast. Cons I really liked everything, but it would be nice if RAW file formats were added as well. Support for more formats, especially in the video section, could be improved. Review Source SR Stephen R. September 8, 2025 5.0 Fantastic experience from start to finish after downloading both the data recovery wizard and the fixo file repair software. Pros The support team have been fantastic and both the data recovery wizard and file repair software have worked great on an old hard drive of mine. Cons Lots of different softwares and different versions for mac and windows so I was a little confused about which ones I needed. That's where support really helped me out. Pros What makes the EaseUS Data Recovery stand out is the capacity to reconstruct more files in comparison to many other recovery software. The interface is well organised and easy to use, this really helps to navigate in a recovery process from huge drives. Cons The preview could be more visible in the free version mode, though is still possible to recognise most of the found files before moving to the paid version. Review Source R Reviewer IT support Used the software for: Less than 1 year ### "Best File Recovery Software" September 24, 2025 5.0 Compared to other similar recovery software I would rate it number one for ease of use, and at least the free version will let you view some of the recovered files to show that it actually works before paying for licensed version. Pros Interface is very easy to use, allows searches for specific file types. Can select a specific drive to search. And does not take as long to run compared to other Recovery software. Recovered files are secure as they are copied locally and not in the cloud. Cons The free version will indicate the recovery files it found but there is no preview or even a snapshot for recovery of videos. This capability would at least let the customer know that the recovered video is intact, instead of blank video. Review Source R Reviewer Musician Used the software for: Less than 1 year ### "Great service" October 10, 2025 5.0 My overall experience with EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard has been positive. The software is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. The recovery process is straightforward—selecting the drive, scanning, and retrieving lost files is simple and well-guided. The deep scan feature is thorough and managed to recover files I thought were permanently lost. While scanning larger drives can take some time, the progress updates and previews of recoverable files kept me informed throughout. Overall, EaseUS strikes a good balance between functionality and ease of use, making it a reliable solution for data recovery needs. Pros I recently used their Fast Data Recovery service, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and professional. Their team demonstrated excellent expertise in handling my data recovery needs, ensuring that all my lost files were retrieved safely without any damage. Communication was clear and timely, and they provided regular updates on the progress, which gave me peace of mind. The turnaround time was faster than I expected, and the pricing was reasonable for the quality of service offered. I highly recommend using their Fast Data Recovery service, to anyone who needs reliable and efficient data recovery services. Cons While EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard is powerful and user-friendly, there are a few areas that could be improved. The free version has a very limited data recovery allowance, which can be restrictive if you have larger files to recover. Scanning large drives can also take a significant amount of time, especially in deep scan mode. Occasionally, the software may display recovered files in a fragmented way, making it a bit tricky to identify exactly what you need. Finally, some advanced features are locked behind the paid version, which can be frustrating for users who want full functionality without upgrading. The program helped me recover important family videos that I thought were gone for good. It is reliable, effective, and backed by a helpful support team. I truly recommend it to anyone who needs to restore valuable data. Pros EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard is absolutely fantastic. The interface is simple, clear, and user-friendly, even for someone who is not very technical. The scan is very fast and finds an incredible amount of lost files, including old videos, photos, and documents. I really liked that the software shows a preview before recovering, which makes it easy to select exactly what you want. Customer support is also outstanding, patient, and very kind. Cons The only “con” I can mention is that a deep scan can sometimes take longer, but honestly this is completely normal for such powerful recovery. In fact, I would not even call it a problem because it is the reason why the program is so effective — it goes deep into the storage and finds everything. Apart from that, I did not experience any issues at all. On the contrary, the results were amazing. The software managed to repair and recover all of my lost videos and files, including the most important family memories I thought were gone forever. It really felt like a miracle to get them back. For me, EaseUS is not only the best data recovery tool I have ever tried, but also a program that I would recommend to absolutely everyone. If you have lost important data, this is by far the safest and most reliable choice. It is worth every second and every click, because it delivers results when nothing else can. Its interface is user-friendly, making it easy even for beginners to recover lost files or manage partitions. The recovery process is quick and supports multiple file formats and devices, including external drives and SD cards. Cons However, the free version has limited recovery capacity, and deep scans can be time-consuming. Some users also report slower performance on older systems. Overall, EaseUS is a solid choice for data recovery and backup, offering professional-level features with straightforward usability, though the best results come with the paid version.
