Recovered files are secure as they are copied locally and not in the cloud. Cons The free version will indicate the recovery files it found but there is no preview or even a snapshot for recovery of videos. This capability would at least let the customer know that the recovered video is intact, instead of blank video. I have relocated often, changing location and I'll not always have backups with me so I konw I'll be able to use Recovery Wizard from any location to access deleted files on my Mac. Pros The product quickly scan sand identifies lost files with a running view of available files to select which saves having to wait until completion of a complete disk scan before selecting a file or document to recover. Cons For me It's expensive for the amount of use I am going to get from it. In terms of its base function which is recovery of lost files it is of course invaluable. here seems to be a bias towards windows, as a result I've downloaded a windows exe file so take care when making the order if you have a Mac. I was able to recover data from multiple hard drives. Some that were without partitions, and some that had been formatted over. Pros I scanned an external storage that I had deleted my pictures. The program was able to restore all the pictures that I had deleted. It is a wonderful program and I would recommend it. The program was easy to follow and the restoration was quick. Cons The download and installation of this program was easy to follow.
