It was even agile enough to change some of the aspects of the study databased during the study conduct due to protocol amendments. CRFweb also allows a lot of useful reports to be pulled independently by users (with appropriate access), without the need to contact the customer-support team. Even in extreme cases when they were contacted, the process of pulling out such specific reports turned out to be quite simple and easily reproducible. The same is true even for site-personnel who became well-versed on pulling out reports and entering data on the database, in a few days/with just a couple of try-outs. Pros \- It is an easy-to-deploy and use software for eCRF - Quick turnaround time in customer-support - Ability to access via mobile, tablet & laptop - Excellent customer relationship management by the organization - Clindox - Numerous customizable options for user roles and access in the database Cons \- Some UI challenges during login that required users to refresh the page every time Reasons for choosing CRFweb The best part of using this product was the wonderful experience with the organization - Clindox. The whole team at Clindox was extremely customer-centred and was always ready to help us in our study, although our study design was sort of firsts for them too. We have been using the CRFWEB system from Clindox for our EDC requirements for several years now. The system has everything our team requires to deliver efficient and compliant clinical trials. We have used a number of the additional modules included medical coding (MedDRA) and more recently their integrated randomization module and Kit Management. We've also utilized SDTM coding and have used the CRFWEB platform for successful FDA submissions. Having these features integrated into one platform is extremely beneficial and saved us a lot of time. The Clindox team have always dealt with any queries in a highly responsive and professional manner. I highly recommend them." While CRFweb is a highly valuable tool, the people who stand behind it are truly amazing to work with. Every detail and to every request were met with high urgency and the team went above and beyond to help us. Pros The intuitive way in which CRFweb was designed makes it easy to work with it independently. The interface is user-friendly and creates a welcoming perception. It is well-organized, making it easy to locate different tools and options. The different features and commands are readily understandable. Albeit help was provided whenever needed, minimal explanations were required in how to use CRFweb. We did not use this software over a long term yet but so far, the product was very reliable and no malfunctions were noted. Cons During our experience nothing was noticed that we would like to have changed Reasons for choosing CRFweb CRFweb offered a highly competitive price. The request for a demo was immediately offered, which in the end was persuasive.
