We are providing a service to end customers which couldn't really be provided by humans with the same speed and accuracy. At the same time we are learning so much about the customers, and receiving very useful actionable intelligence by AskSide data nuggets reporting.

Pros

AskSid makes it very easy to provide added value to the customers and online shop visitors alike. The learning process is very quick and not only conditioned by the amount of data avaialble. The support and developlment teams are incredibly quick and effective in predicting and implementing cutting edge features.

Cons

I haven't figured it out yet. We are still in a honeymonn phase.

Reason for choosing AskSid

Because AksSid founders were clearly interested in the success of the integration but, before that, they were genuinely focused on the added value provided to the end customers, and the resulting KPIs improvements.

AskSid has helped us to communicate on a new way to our customers with chatbot. Their experience has been an added value to set this up.

Pros

The fact that the developers are really listening to the end user and are able to make changes on short notice.

Cons

It’s always hard to implement new software into existing work procedures. From a management point a view you want all contact moments (phone, mail, AskSid and SwitchSid) into one system. Of course that’s not always possible but real integration would benefit the capabilities.

The time of response was an issue, and now we are taking care of all our customer questions live.

Pros

Give us the possibility of know better our customer

Cons

Maybe the implementation in our case was a bit noisy because we implemented for different markets at once, but is was no askid fault.

Overall experience is very good. The Co-founders and the team are in one word fantastic. The response time, high level of support, the flexibility, the clear explanation in technical topics and the communication in general makes working with AskSid a true pleasure.

Pros

I really like this software for its flexibility to develop more functionality. Next to that the software can Machine learn what makes it easy to add existing knowledge to the database.

Cons

The limitations to connect with other software.
