Pros Easy to navigate and use, easy to train out to new staff. Import mappings are very useful and ensure we have a high degree of success with imports and few errors. Payrolling of benefits is also very good, cars, vans, PMI etc all calculated correctly as per HMRC calculators. The reporting allows monthly benefit reports to be delivered to clients, for record checks and prompts to client to ensure all oves are notified. Cons Some of the help guides, could be more detailed. It would be useful to detail data flows and system interactions/ calculation formula. Switched from [Access PeopleHR](https://www.capterra.com/p/211952/Access-People-HR-Software/) Product was being retired by current provider and we did not find the replacement to be sufficient for on-going needs and it was also more expensive. Alternatives considered [iTrent](https://www.capterra.com/p/69009/iTrent/) Reasons for choosing Staffology Payroll it was the better product, we found the consultants to be open and transparent. The system demo was very good and they responded well to very searching questions and scored highest on our RFI. It is not always about the product but the support and service was a major factor as well for me and the business. Very much better than the old Paymaster and I did'nt think I would be saying that! Cons Being an older member of the workforce who had used Paymaster for many years I was very nervous having a new system. Switched from [Staffology HR](https://www.capterra.com/p/249670/Staffology-HR/) Paymaster was being discontinued so I had no choice. Instructors were very patient with me a slow learner. Cons Haven’t found anything I don’t like. After running 3 monthly payrolls I am very happy to have switched.
