Pros

  • It is very comprehensive, we use it for booking Snowsports Services and Sports Equipment Rental in English and Japanese. It is simple to use and the support for setup was nothing short of outstanding.

  • The ease of use and quality of website. Customer service was responsive and very helpful.

  • The response and customer service I get is top notch. I'm not very tech savvy and this team is super responsive to help me with website changes and questions.

  • We're grateful for Reservety's contribution to our success and look forward to continued growth together.

Cons

  • Nothing, I am so impressed that I struggle to find anything negative.

  • Weekly I have bots that send me fake emails requesting information from my contact form.

  • The things that I dislike about Reservety are very minimal.

  • It’s built on woocommerce which can feel a little clunky when you’re in the development stages. Theming can be a little tough because of the nature of Wordpress/woocommerce.

Pros: The thing I liked most about Reservety is their incredible support team. They provide a continuous chat service where you can ask questions, submit requests, and report issues at any time. Their attentiveness and round-the-clock availability make managing my business smooth and stress-free.

Cons: The aspect I liked least about Reservety is the initial learning curve. It took a small amount of time to fully understand all the features and capabilities of the platform. However, the comprehensive support provided by their team helped me get up to speed quickly.

Reasons for Choosing Reservety: Booqable was lacking the ability to manage unlimited variable products and it did not allow me to customize the service to fit my needs. Reservety did everything and more. They built everything I needed. It was a custom service!
Reasons for Switching to Reservety: GoDaddy Ecommerce was lacking too many tools and featured I required.

"Game-Changer for Your Business!"

Overall: Reservety has been a game-changer for our business! We tried a few different options before finding Reservety and wish we had known about it from the beginning. The price is fair for all the features and the customer service is fantastic. The capabilities are amazing and we look forward to many more years of growing our business with Reservety!

Pros: The thing I like most about Reservety and their team is the ability to listen to your needs and tailor your website to those. The speed at which they work is most impressive.

Cons: The only con is the lack of online training information and the ease of being able to search for it.

Alternatives Considered: FareHarbor
Reasons for Choosing Reservety: I have a client in another business that uses this program so I have experience with it. Reservety had many more options available; although, Fareharbor's reporting system is much better.

Reasons for Switching to Reservety: We used WP Booking through WordPress and it didn't fit our needs.

"A Great Choice for Young Companies!"

Overall: Reservety is affordable, and easy to use, with great customer service. Some of the more advanced features are difficult to use because there is no comprehensive user guide, but the web design team is great at meeting requests for website customization.

Pros: The website builder is relatively easy to use, although there was a small learning curve to figure out woocommerce. The pricing was unbeatable, and for a new small business like ours, that was huge plus.

Cons: We get spam bot messages through our email linked to the website.

Alternatives Considered: Event Rental Systems
Reasons for Choosing Reservety: The pricing difference between ERS and Reservety was enormous. For much less money per month, we feel we are getting comparable service with Reservety.

"Outstanding software and support for our Snowsports School and Equipment Rental"

Overall: The entire process from inception to going live was exceptional, the team work hard to ensure you get the results you need. The software itself has been very well developed and comes with a lot of functionality and customisation.

Pros: It is very comprehensive, we use it for booking Snowsports Services and Sports Equipment Rental in English and Japanese. It is simple to use and the support for setup was nothing short of outstanding.

Cons: Nothing, I am so impressed that I struggle to find anything negative.

Reasons for Choosing Reservety: I liked that it suited my needs for two different business units, the price with no hidden costs and the setup is included.

"Our number 1 choice after reviewing several other companies"

Overall: It was stressful and extremely time consuming to find a company who can truly be my go-to company for my website and scheduling needs. The moment I found Reservety and spoke with someone, I knew this was the company that would be my company long-term. I look forward to many years being a customer of Reservety.

Pros: Customer service is fabulous. When I have a question, I receive an answer in a timely manner. If there is further clarification, I have the option to video chat with someone. The set up of the site was not stressful at all. The website is the way I want it and they are patient with me even with minor adjustments so that I am happy. Through the beta stage, bugs that I discovered, they quickly resolved giving me the ability to go live in a timely manner. Using Reservety has saved me time and money. I was previously using a different website for scheduling and for our storefront. This created potential issues with bookings not to mention additional time duplicating information from the storefront to the scheduling website. I cannot say how much I am glad Reservety was the company I chose for our business. Customers love our website and it was extremely important to me that we kept the same look of our website, not using other companies templates. Reservety made this happen. There were certain features I needed and after explaining to them what I was looking to want from the website and features, they made it all happen! I was not able to find any other company that was willing to give me all the features I needed from a scheduling software. I have never had any issues with the server being down.

Cons: Although not really a con because they have accommodated me, there is a time difference between their work schedule and mine and sometimes that causes a delay with back and forth communication.

Reasons for Switching to Reservety: I did not want to pay a subscription for a template website.
