They were honest about requests that were not immediately feasible or would require costly customization, which helped us trust them even more. If you need an integrative solution for your EHR, CRM, and reporting requirements, RUN, don't walk, to set up a meeting with .

Pros

Our company of 60-70 people was initially hesitant to switch EHR systems, given past experiences with companies that overpromised and underdelivered. However, has proven to be effective, considerate, and trustworthy. They patiently addressed every question and concern from our team before we committed to their services. Their software is user-friendly and intuitive, as demonstrated in every demo. I am not aware of any other company that can match OPUS's combination of EHR and CRM capabilities, along with its endless customization options to meet your practice's specific needs, whether it's feature requests or specific reports.

Cons

Given their innovative approach, I'm confident they're already considering improvements to present custom reports in a clean, easy-to-read dashboard, rather than in a spreadsheet format.

Overall, love the user-friendly environment, the connectivity amongst different parts of the platform, the automatic billing features, and the modern interface. Also love the affordability.

Pros

The amount of training and meetings offered in the Onboarding process is setting us up to be overly competent in understanding and utilizing .

Cons

The only thing so far has been that my 2 onboarding specialists were not aware of "Auto-Pay" being a feature that could enable automatic billing, whereas the initial person selling the platform to us and demoing it, stated this was a feature. I didn't love hearing this important difference and that my specialists were not aware of this, and still finding out if 'auto-pay' is a feature I will have access to. However, both of my onboarding specialists reassured me that if it was initially presented, then it should be a feature!

I love ! It has been such an amazing experience onboarding and working with clients through. I highly recommend it!!!

Pros

I loved the onboarding process. Saagar, Laura, and their team were very responsive and available to support us along the way. has been such an easy EHR to adjust to and so easy to use as a clinician and on the patient's end.

Cons

I have not run into any issues as of yet. The team is very responsivwe when we have found any issues that may need to be addressed.

### "Thankful for patience"

Overall I have appreciated the patience shown by both the team and practice suite team. I was initially worried that within a month or two we would be left on our own. This has not been the case we have continued to have guidance and direction as we have become more and more familiar and comfortable with the system. For this I am grateful!

Pros

We have found EHR to be visually appealing and user-friendly. We especially appreciate features such as client messaging, scheduling, appointment reminders, and comprehensive client record management.

Cons

A primary concern during implementation has been the lack of timely issue resolution. We encountered situations where clients received reminders during the early morning hours (1am-4am) or did not receive sent messages. These issues often persisted for weeks before being resolved. When a problem required escalation to the developers, we typically experienced delays of two weeks or more. These delays caused significant inconvenience and frustration for both our clients and our team.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with . \[sensitive content hidden\] was our main contact and she was amazing. The quick responses to emails/questions were greatly appreciated. She was great at communicating how their process worked and why we had to do things a certain way. When you have to meet with someone often it is great for it to be someone you enjoy!

Pros

The team we worked with. allowed us to make a difficult transition much smoother and be with us during every step.

Cons

I would have liked a little more authority in some of the meetings. For example, the CRM set up meetings. Our team had no idea what we were doing so taking the lead and helping explain and guide us a little more would have saved time.

has a small business feel in terms of their assistance and accommodation, yet the system feels very high-end and meets all of the needs of our mental health practice.

Pros

It is very intuitive. The form building is easy to learn. Our Onboarder, \[sensitive content hidden\], is very dedicated, patient and helpful. She is a great teacher.

Cons

We are still learning the system, so we do not have any Cons to report. I am hoping more features can be customized for our clinic.

This has been a much easier transition into a new medical record system than I thought. I'm so glad I made the decision to switch

The onboarding has been great! Laura is so nice and understanding! as a product has been easy to use and very intuitive

Cons

Nothing so far - it's been great. There were a few bugs at first (which is to be expected) but the team fixed everything very quickly.

Honestly, the people at were so kind, and didn't pressure me to make a decision. They validated my concerns. All the elements I needed in a system were available in Opus. The demonstration of the quick customer support also made the decision easy.

Overall, it has been a positive one. It was a difficult road with times of extreme stress and disappointment; however, I felt that my concerns were always addressed and efforts were made to always find solutions.

Pros

Working with \[sensitive content hidden\] and her desire to go over and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Also \[sensitive content hidden\] with PS are also excellent in their knowledge and work ethic.

Cons

The integration between and PS is difficult to understand at first and the way these work together was not explained well to us when previewing the software.

I haven't had much experience with but I do love the amount of time that your team invested in our facility's set up. I feel that OPUS is easy to Navigate.

Cons

What I like least about is that It doesn't pull data or auto populate in some areas and I also would have liked to have the ability to drag forms or decrease the size of the forms.

Pros

I like that is user friendly. The format is logical and easy to understand. The support we have received from our Project Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] has made the implementation process flow smoothly.

Cons

The scheduling system does not fully meet our needs and has been more difficult to use. Specifically, we have encountered difficulties printing client schedules and distinguishing between new intakes and existing clients. We have been informed that updates are coming that may address some of our concerns.

The EMR system has provided a chart management system that is not only user friendly and easily accessible it

Pros

The EMR system is easy accessibility and user friendly, the ability to cross reference clinical, case management, medical and demographic information within the client file is a true benefit for clinical collaboration. OPUS provides an internal assessment called OMT. This feature allows for accurate assessing risk factors throughout duration of treatment. The quality of the clinical documentation is evidenced based. As a manager, the system provides the ability to easily review, assess, and process documents as needed.

Cons

It would be beneficial if documents could repopulate intake information throughout file.
