Cons Vista la rapidità con cui vengono rilasciate le patch di aggiornamento da parte di Fluentis, una volta segnalati problemi, gli inconvenienti sono risolti in breve tempo e i disagi per l'utente finale sono così ridotti al minimo. Pros L'introduzione del software ci ha permesso di snellire e ottimizzare molti dei passaggi amministrativi e organizzativi che in passato venivano gestiti solo manualmente. Cons In qualità di partner abbiamo avuto dei clienti con configurazioni particolari e spesso abbiamo dovuto sollecitare l'intervento dell'assistenza per risolvere problemi di tipo strutturale (ma si parla di qualche anno fa). Ora sicuramente il prodotto è più maturo e stabile.
