"Limited features and no customer service"

**Overall:** Overall experience is pretty brutal. There are so many alternatives in this category, I really don't have any reason to be attached to them.

**Pros:** They are pretty easy to get started with and have been around for a while

**Cons:** Well the customer service not replying is pretty annoying. They reply sparingly, and then go silent for a week or more at a time, and sometimes never reply. It seems to be ran by children. The tool also has some bugs, lacks some basic scraping functionality. If they don't reply, I'll probably open a dispute with my bank and it will be pretty easy to win if they don't reply.
