“More time to coach and less time wondering, "why?"”

OverallTrigerz quickly enabled them to have clarity on their tasks, which has helped drive more wins, since trialling we've seen around a 20% uplift in revenue attainment and the exec team are feeling much more confident in trusting the data from our CRM as a result of the tighter processes it's driving.
ProsThe main objective during the review was to improve sales forecasting and essentially, drive user adoption within Salesforce as since changing CRM's the teams (Particularly our more experiences sellers) felt frustrated with the increased level of perceived admin, and we weren't able to accurately report on our key metrics leading to a lot of "dropped balls".
ConsNone whatsoever, it's been a valuable addition to our team's sales stack.

“A massive leap forward in sales effectiveness”

OverallOur biggest challenge right now is getting the right level of visibility on our lead conversations. We can see that we are not converting as much as we should be, however, its not been easy to pinpoint the reasons and behaviours we need to change to improve our situation.
ProsTrigerz is an easy to use, easy to integrate platform that allows us to get the most from our investment in Salesforce, Whilst we are a small company, sales efficiency is massively important to us, and Trigerz provides the visibility that we have been looking for around our processes and how we get the most from our sales leads. Very happy and a huge leap forwards. Looking forward to further enhancements in the future.
ConsWhen trialling Trigerz, there were a few small niggles here and there, however, we are aware that these are on the horizon to be ironed out. So it remains a great product for our needs.
