I have had a positive experience thus far. They are hardworking and want a quality product. They are always available when needed. I have greatly appreciated their responsiveness.

Pros

The OmniMD team is very interested in improving their product. As a result, they communicate well. When we raised issues, they worked diligently to resolve it. The OmniMD team also allows for customization to your practice which has been quite helpful.

Cons

While there are reports built into the system, the reports are not yet optimized for our practice. However, they are continuing to customize reports for our practice. The practice management software has had to be adjusted for our practice to include things like tracking of wRVU, building templates for dictating imaging, etc.

Overall, OmniMD has been a very reliable and efficient platform for front office operations. It has improved patient flow, reduced manual work, and helped maintain accuracy across scheduling and documentation. The system is intuitive, easy to train new staff on, and supported by a responsive team. I would highly recommend OmniMD to any practice looking to enhance front desk efficiency and patient experience.

Pros

As a Front Office Operations Coordinator, OmniMD has made managing daily front desk responsibilities much more streamlined. Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling are quick and easy, and all patient demographics, insurance details, and required documentation are stored in one organized system. The AI front desk helps manage incoming calls and messages, which significantly reduces front desk congestion and allows us to focus on in-person patient needs.

Cons

There is always room for faster processing during peak hours, but OmniMD continues to improve performance and functionality with regular updates.

Omni is very attentive and listens to our needs. The AI clinician and front desk AI are awesome features.

OmniMD provides a strong and reliable platform, and there are areas where it could grow to make the user experience even richer. Offering additional customization options would allow each practice to adapt the system more closely to their unique workflows. Enhancing reporting with more filters and advanced analytics would help practices gain deeper insights and manage performance with greater ease. A more feature-rich mobile app could extend convenience for providers and staff who need access on the go. Navigation is already smooth, and adding a few more shortcuts could make it even faster. These are not drawbacks but opportunities for OmniMD to continue building on its solid foundation and deliver even more value to its users.

Pros

This EMR is very easy to use and makes day-to-day work simple. The layout is clear, so it does not take much time to get used to, and even new staff can learn quickly. The support team is always helpful and quick to respond, which gives peace of mind when questions come up. I really like the dictation feature, it works smoothly and saves a lot of time when writing notes. Overall, it is a reliable system with good support and useful features that make running a practice easier.

Cons

The system already works very well. I am using limited features like ddocumentation dictation where I dont have any issues.

I feel that I can count on them any time of the day. We have a great business relationship they are very quick in responding to whatever our issue is even outside business hours. 10/10

They are excellent in communicating and resolving any issue. They have been very attentive and kind when resolving any issue.

Cons

I know there's a little bit language barrier but we both work through this barrier and make it through and ensure that all questions are answered. If any misunderstanding we need to clarify this is done in most respectful and professional manner.

Overall Experience is a 10 out of 10. Best product and support staff I've encountered. I was able to ask the interfacing team at OmniMD to build a bidirectional with my laboratory and then request customizations. They exceeded all expectations and conducted the best clietn training I've seen in 20 years of diagnostic experience.

Pros

OmniMD has impressed me more than any other EMR company I've worked with in the diagnostic space. As a member of one of the largest diagnostic laboratories in the country I've needed to troubleshoot or help my doctor's offices and large facilities add customizations to their EMRs to better serve clients when ordering tests and receiving results. OmniMD's team is responsive, amazingly efficient, and implements changes needed in a timely fashion. From everything I've witnessed from my client's being happy with the product and from what I've witnessed by their level of engagement and professionalism, it's hard for me to recommend another product other than OmniMD.

Cons

There is absolutely nothing I've witnessed that can be improved, but if there was something... I have the faith in this team to fix it with efficient speed and accuracy.

Efficient and responsive. Willing to learn. Send recurring reports detailing outstanding billing and claims paid to date.

Sometimes it took some time for the payors to be set up and there were some initial discrepancies between inpatient and outpatient billing.
