Pros

Built, maintained and supported by the most hardworking working and innovative team. Each feature was built with comprehensive feild study and advise of the pathology lab doctors / management and other staff members. Web and desktop experience. Multiple modes available for labs of low budgets. Patient portal made it easier for patients to download reports without visiting the lab from their devices and saving a lot of paper cost and environment friendly. Customisation of reports. Integration with many pathologies test equipment. Trusted by many top ranked labs in the region.

Cons

Language support other than English would be a nice feature to add.

Going very well so far. Even if any issues arise while operating the software team nexus corrects them very promptly. So we are overall happy with the software.

Pros

It is easy to manage and the customer service is amazing. It fulfill our hospital requirements and easy to implement.

Cons

It is only available in one language. We are working closely with the developers and we hope to see the progress in multi-language portal.

One word "Excellent" is enough for NexusPro. It makes user life easy to manage a Lab.

Pros

It is fully secured to use, managing all logs for users. No body can do any illegal action. Other thing is, It is covering about 95% of lab's requirements.

Cons

I think there is nothing, which is missing in Nexus Pro.

Reasons for choosing NEXUS Pro

There are some limitation in other software like radiology appointment system which is, in more details and easy to use in NexusPro.
