Satisfecho por la inversión, como herramienta de inteligencia de propiedad intelectual de las mejores que he usado

De las bases de patentes más completas, tiene muy buenas herramientas de visualización y opciones de análisis por asociación que no se ven en otras herramientas. Ahorra mucho tiempo de trabajo de escritorio

Cons

la sintaxis de las búsquedas no es la misma como la que se utilizan directamente en las bases de patentes o herramientas lo que complica las búsquedas booleanas.

Very satisfied, I highly recommend Orbit as a first choice tool for patent search and analysis

Pros

Data quality, analysis power and flexibility, specialized technical support, and reliability are really strong points

Cons

Chemical and biosequence search tools are great could be integrated at a little lower addditional costs, but even those tools are less expensive at Orbit than competition.

We have shifted 3 months ago and will replace another market intelligence tool by Orbit as well and see how everything works in an integrated way. Experience so far is positive

Pros

Once you have familiarized with the tool it facilitates the process in our case of patent research and management. A portfolio of tools from same provider can create a full innovation management landscape

Cons

Not really easy to start, some not very logic steps to operate. Sometimes still a bit complicated to go back and forth in the menu. You need to use it regularly to maintain your skills in using it properly.

deux touts petits bémols : Le lien avec la littérature scientifique trop large et pas toujours pertinent Certains brevets ne sont pas accessibles en full texte alors qu'ils sont présents sur Patenscope

Mostly using this software for patent searches related to patentability, invalidity and FTP. Also for patent analytics. I found this software good for patent data export especially restriction publication to first/earliest publication or priority. This is useful for quarterly reports where we want to avoid reprorting family publications or already reported patent.

Pros

Ease of use, user friendly, great patent coverage, highlighting options, grate analytics options, good search options and user friendly data output.

Cons

Limited export options for patent numbers beyond 1000, need to send on email. Also many times, software is very slow and we need to wait for results to upload on the page.

J'ai une bonne expérience. La base est compléte, les données sont rapidement trouvables. Les différents graphiques et options de visualisations sont vraiment un plus. Le service support est disponible et efficace

Pros

L'exactitude des informations : les statuts, les familles ... L'accès aux données est facile

Cons

Les changements constants des données. Le numéro PCT a changé pour s'écrire avec un /. Nous avons régulièrement des soucis d'imports avec la modification des format de données sans avoir l'information de ses changements en amont
