“Lot's of good thing but still important things to improve”

OverallClear faster handling of Eurocard invoices, better overview what's going on - but still from an accounting side a lot of controlling, and also manual adjustments due to reason mentioned above.
ProsWorks fine with the photos, fairly OK to identify expenses, and also VAT etc. Hopefully it will be even better when we have used the system longer
ConsNo possibility to split a receipt in different accounts. That is a huge downside in the system, and will be the main reason for considering to continue or not

“Ease of use”

OverallFor me, as a user of the software, it is very easy to use and to note all of my expenses during a trip so my employer can repay them fast and easy. No more lost receipts, no more papers to fill in.
ProsThe ease of use for the users. It is very easy to add your expenses during a trip and a few clicks later your boss can review your expenses before it gets repaid on the next salary.
ConsI don't think I have any real cons about the software. There could be a few more options/functions to add the expenses, but overall the basics that are already in the software is enough

ConsThere are no controll of representation as followed by Skatteverket. You need to know it by your self.

ProsThe app makes expense reporting easy! Just take a picture of the expense and edit the scanned information. Quick and easy!
ConsNot always finding a suitable category for the expense, and always having to edit the VAT.
