Pros The platform primarily serves us as a way to back up all of our information in the cloud and restore it in the event of loss. Initially, as we started using Orca Security, it was just a backup and disaster recovery solution but in recent months, it has introduced real security and patch management features. The partner portal is perfect for MSPs. The technical and commercial support is also excellent. Cons The initial configuration is not easy, but once you have the system running, everything goes smoothly. The fact it is agentless, can be deployed in AWS, Azure, and GCP make it an all around tool. Another reason I like Orca is the support I have gotten.
