My experience was very nice to use the travelport. Travelport makes my job easier. Pros The best feature is their developing the system day by day with the modern technology and innovation to adapt the future. As because they are making the system very smooth and user friendly. Here they used the lots of tool and by using these tools you can get the smooth and easy airlines ticketing and hotel booking facilities. As a hotelier we have to support the guest very instantly and travelport help us to deliver the service very quickly. Also I would say travelport is the best GDS in my town. Most of the online booking coming from travelport GDS and this also helps our property to grow the room revenue. Cons I would suggest to more develop the social media support team and specially in Facebook. Some time they are very slow to reply any comments or text.
