I have gained more clients, and more work. I have been able to analyse my cost and projects from a time management and document management perspective.

Pros

Ease of integration.Seamless add on clients.Document management.Quality of connection is superior to Teams or Zoom

Cons

The call feature requires access to the mobile browser, if using from mobile, and the screen times out (phone feature) so it would be great if the call could still continue.

Isn't it obvious, these products arent an efficient tool. They require massive costs. They arent easy to set up. They often crash. And In this world of confidentiality, this works.

Surprisingly inexpensive, very easy to use, taking the best from the competition, delivering robust capabilities in a reliable manner.

Pros

1) Easy to control internal data, minimising the risk that client contact details and associated data leak out of the organisation2) Full control over which parts of the organisation have access to any 'chat'3) 'Butler' function4) Search and search results (text and jump into a date)

Cons

There is not much we do not like. Would like to have history of chat/thread participants.

1) I know where y data is stored (jurisdiction)2) What goes on Qwil, stays in Qwil (subject to settings), significantly reducing the risk of bits of (sensitive) data, finding their way out of the organisation3) Ease of adding/removing internal parties to/from any chat

So far so good, all the clients we have tested this with are using it. Early days but the signs are good and the timing is right as most businesses in Australian financial advice are looking to get away from file sharing via email.

Pros

Easy to engage with clients and staff, most people are used to these sorts of messaging services. Great to be able to share documents with clients without using email. The video function removes the need for another external software such as Zoom. Digital signatures will be one of the more critical functions for our clients going forward.

Cons

Nothing obvious. Digital signatures are highly important for this to stick with clients I think.

Reason for choosing Qwil Messenger

In time we feel clients stop using portals, whereas the messaging solution is something they are used to using.

Overall, a very pleasant and professional tool for communication. The App has worked very smoothly, allowing us to work efficiently without worrying about security when sending sensitive information. The customer support has been great.

Pros

The security and familiar WhatsApp-like chat field.

Cons

Looking forward to e-signatures when available.

Very impressed so far! Well worth checking it out.

Pros

Very powerful platform with lots of upgrades on their roadmap makes me confident I'll be able to use Qwil Messenger for years to come. Simple to use, and even more importantly simple to get our partners and customers on-boarded in minutes.

Cons

There are a few options I'd love to see implemented. Thankfully, they're on Qwil's roadmap.

It is an easy to use app which enables me to message clients in a safe and secure manner.

Cons

There was a fair amount to get to grips with to begin with but it all seems fairly straightforward now.

\- Ability to chat with people within my organisation as well as outside my organisation in groups or direct message. - Treat urgent matters more efficiently and reduced number of emails. - Traceability and historic of the conversations. - Search function. - Mobile and desktop app available

Sadly the search function is not (yet) available on the mobile app Female emoji not available

Pros

I like the group function where the entire team can service clients in real time in a secure manner.

Cons

I find that the search option is a little confusing. Din to realise that one of the Search buttons was for contacts and the other to search within a particular chat.
