Pros

Steht über Allem: Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! ERP wie man sich es sich nur wünschen kann. Module wie Warenwirtschaft, Finanzbuchhaltung, Versand usw. sind klar und leicht verständlich aufgebaut. Bei Fragen oder Problemen gibt es kontextgeführte Hilfestellungen. Reicht das nicht hilft der Support per Telefon oder Ticket wirklich sehr schnell. Besonders positiv ist auch der "Aktualitätsservice". Neuerungen wie KI- Unterstützung oder Verbesserungen im Arbeitsablauf, wie zum Beispiel die Automatisierung von Vorgängen, Aufgaben, Import/Eportfunktionen usw. werden sehr zeitnah eingespielt. Ein kleines Highlight für uns ist zum Beispiel die Telefonanbindung, die bei Anruf automatisch den Datensatz des Kunden öffnet. Die Kunden freuen sich wenn Sie sofort "erkannt" und persönlich angesprochen werden. Echt super nett!

Cons

Nein, kein Scherz, kein Bauchpinseln: Mir fällt dazu nicht wirklich was ein. Würde ehrlich reinschreiben was nicht passt Ist halt wie es Ist!

Meine Erfahrung mit microtech ERP ist durchweg positiv. Das System läuft stabil und zuverlässig, lässt sich intuitiv bedienen und an unsere individuellen Abläufe anpassen. Besonders schätze ich die effiziente Abwicklung von Aufträgen, die klare Struktur der Daten sowie die schnellen Reaktionszeiten des Supports. Durch regelmäßige Updates mit sinnvollen Verbesserungen bleibt die Software stets aktuell und unterstützt uns optimal im Tagesgeschäft.

Pros

Am besten gefällt mir an microtech ERP die Kombination aus einfacher Bedienung, flexiblen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten und der nahtlosen Integration unserer Geschäftsprozesse – unterstützt durch einen schnellen, kompetenten Suppor

Cons

Am wenigsten gefällt mir, dass manche individuellen Anpassungen etwas Zeit in Anspruch nehmen, bis sie vollständig umgesetzt sind – allerdings wird dies durch den engagierten Support und die stetige Weiterentwicklung schnell wieder ausgeglichen.

Wir haben das Warenwirtschaftssystem von der Unternehmensgründung an genutzt. Büro+ konnte sehr gut an die wachsenden Prozesse angepasst werden. Es sind optional alle erdenklichen Schnittstellen und Erweiterungen erhältlich.

Pros

Büro+ lässt sich sehr gut an alle erdenklichen Geschäftsabläufe anpassen. Sehr gute Import- und Exportschnittstellen. Alle Dokumente wie Rechnungen, Lieferscheine usw. lassen sich frei gestalten. Der größte Vorteil ist, dass Büro+ alle wesentlichen Softwarebereiche für ein Unternehmen abdeckt. Von Kundendaten und Warenwirtschaft bis zur Bilanz, Personalwesen und Forderungsmanagement, alles ohne Schnittstellen.

Cons

Die Benutzeroberfläche ist etwas unübersichtlich. Die Ausführung von häufig erforderlichen Arbeitsschritten ist etwas unhandlich. Zum Beispiel das Ändern von Kundendaten oder Rechnungen.

At first I was very impressed what this software (we had the highest package with all features) was supposed to be able to. But after trying for 3+ years and paying thousands of EUR just for a not really working system we pulled the plug and changed to a much cheaper solution (JTL-Wawi) that did what we needed with a system we could implement and configure by ourselves easily. The most disturbing was the unhelpful and hostile support of microtech. They did not solve one of our tickets. But I guess they did not understand their software either. When it come to bugs, it positions itself close to Windows 98. I could probably eaysily write 50 pages to list them. After 2 years being away from microtech büro+ we do not regret, we rather ask ourselves how we got in the "microtech situation" in the first place.

1\. It promised so many features.2. It is a very open system, where really a lot of things can be customized.

Cons

1\. Many of the features it promised did not work properly, if at all.2. This software is full of bugs and support does not care. 3. Desperatly outdated UX.4. Slow, even on a nice server.5. There is no documentation/manual at all. Not even the agency that implemented this software for us and was a high-ranked partner with them was doing guesswork most of the time. It was impossible for those spezialized professionals to set up the software correctly! And we paid a lot. 6. It is just crazily expensive compared for what you get.7. Very slow development and improvement of the software. I would guess they are about 5 years behind.8. Not enough features for ecommerce.

Seit microtech versucht Cloudlösungen für Schnittstellen zu verkaufen klappt nur noch wenig. Selbst nach einem Jahr funktionieren immer wieder einfachste Sachen nicht oder nur mit gefährlichen Workarounds. Das Hauptproblem bei microtech büro+ wenn sie dieses Produkt kaufen, kaufen sie Lizenzen für ein Programm mit einem Sammelsurium an nicht überblickbaren Funktionen. Dann kaufen sie einen Wartungsvertrag damit sie auch immer schön Updates bekommen, die in der Regel die Fehler beseitigen die sie vorher gekauft haben. Damit haben den 1. Player microtech. Der 2. Player den sie kaufen müssen ist ein sogenannter microtech Partner der bezahlt in der Regel auch noch Geld am microtech, dass er sich so nennen darf. Der soll Kompetent sein, so dass er Ihnen das Programm so einrichten kann wie sie es eigentlich bestellt haben und glauben sie mir die lassen es beim Stundensatz richtig krachen. Jetzt haben sie einen Webshop da kommt evtl. der 3. Player ins Spiel der Schnittstellenanbieter. Wenn jetzt anfängt irgendetwas nicht zu funktionieren ist keiner mehr da der sagt, das liegt an mir das es nicht funktioniert. Also freuen sie sich auf ein herrliches PingPong spiel zwischen den Akteuren. Selbst wenn ein Admin den Schuldigen ausfindig macht, seien sie Gewiss, er wird es abstreiten und auf einen anderen Schieben. Mein Tipp kaufen sie eine ERP Lösung aus einer Hand, d.h. der Hersteller schickt seine Leute nicht nur zum Verkauf sondern auch für Installation, Konfiguration bis zum GoLive

Pros

Die Funktion des Wandelns verschiedener Vorgänge und die dabei stattfindende Auswertung und Übernahme der Daten. Es gibt viele Druckanpassungsmöglichkeiten.

Cons

Der Basispreis ist ca. 80% zu hoch! Für die Parametrisierung gehen die Kosten durch externen Support wegen fehlender Basiskonfiguration durch die Decke. Selbst ein ausgewiesener Partner war mit der Parametrisierung selbst im 1. Schritt, Arbeitsfähig zu werden völlig überfordert. An Automatisierungsaufgaben, die heute eigentlich zum Standard bei einer ERP-Lösungen gehören sollten, war überhaupt nicht zu denken. Es ging dabei nicht um Raketenwissenschaft. Microtech selbst duckt sich meist vollständig weg und streitet jegliche Verantwortung bei Umsetzungsproblemen ab, stellt aber auch keine wirkliche Hilfe in Aussicht. Anstatt, wenn es brennt den Löschtrupp rauszuschicken, hatte man ehr noch mit einer völlig überforderten Kundenbetreuerin auch noch Öl ins Feuer gegossen. Da standen dann so Aussagen im Raum microtech macht keine Fehler LOL.

Reasons for choosing microtech ERP

Wir hatten einen Vertriebskontakt zu microtech, der uns das Blaue vom Himmel erzählt hat. Allerdings waren die Aussagen und alles was wir abgefragt hatten durch Ihn mit plausiblen Antworten gedeckt. Die Wahrheit kam dann in der Praxis. Ein völlig unfähiger Partner der uns empfohlen wurde der nach 3 Monaten Zeit nicht einen Teil der Parametrisierung des Programms auch nur annähernd erledigt hatte. 2x wurden die Starttermine nach hinten verschoben. Dann aber wohl nachdem er 6000.- €uro abgezockt hatte feststellen musste das was abgefordert wurde kann er nicht. Die Vorgabe war von April bis August büro+ so für eine Firma zu bändigen das dem GoLive nix im Weg steht. Daraus wurde dann, ohne im System erkennbare Fortschritte, September und dann Oktober. Im September schaltete sich dann mal ein Mann von microtech auf, um den Stand der Dinge zu sehen und was in einem halben Jahr denn so passiert ist…. Er konnte es auch nicht so richtig fassen. Es schlägt aber in die Kerbe die ich zu meinem Eindruck schon beschrieben habe.

Einfach und übersichtlich gestaltet. Korrekturen sind im Rahmen der GOBD möglich und ebenfalls einfach zu erledigen.

Working for an international company with multiple currencies and languages we were forced to switch to a different ERP system. It might be OK for very small, Germany only companies, but it wasn't a good fit for us.

Pros

I wasn't a big fan of microtech büro+ when we used it. What I remember was rather OK is that you could export CSV files relatively easy by creating a custom export. Also, adding custom fields was rather straightforward to do in the DB manager.

Cons

The fact that it is a windows only application. The lack of real support for multiple currencies or languages. Their painfully slow adoption processes of new technologies. Last time I checked, 64 Bit was still not supported! We were forced to use a 32 Bit version of Microsoft Office so we could use a 32 Bit Microsoft Office addin just so we can send e-mails from Büro Plus.
