Reviewers appreciate Postman's support for various request types, including GraphQL and HTTP methods, which they find useful for debugging and sending transmissions. They mention the color-coded request methods and the application's ability to handle different HTTP requests effectively. However, users note limitations in processing large volumes of requests and the inability to handle multiple requests simultaneously, which can be challenging for complex projects and tight deadlines.
Users praise Postman's API collections feature, which allows them to organize and manage API requests efficiently. They find it helpful to save and reuse collections, making collaboration and integration with third-party services seamless. Additionally, users appreciate the ability to import and export collections, which facilitates sharing and maintaining consistency across different environments and projects.
Pros
I like friendly interface, rich features, useful response visualization, testing and monitoring. If I have question, I always can find answer in Postman community.
Overall I am very happy with the postman. It provides everything which helps to test the APIs and helps in the development of APIs.
It is the best suitable tool for all your development requirements. Using this is pretty much easy and the user interface is also very clean.
I like that it is so powerful tool to test your REST API-s. I like that you can add token services to Postman, so it totally feels like a super software itself.
Cons
It isn't any thing that I dislike about this software.
Some of the screens are badly sized and there's no resize option - e.g. trying to select the group that a call goes in.
It adds some headers to your request, regardless of your authorization, and sometimes this leads to an error response from my backend APIs.
Doesn't sometimes give full picture why Api is failing. Intially was difficult to understand how to use it.

"Best tool for API Testing "
Overall: I like this tool very much for API and Database testing and It is very easy to use and validation check is very important for this tool.
Pros: It is best tool for testing API's before integration as well as to check validation. We can easily know the Backend Database Validation as well as API responses and their time as well as input data in the form of Params , helps very much.
Cons: I do not see any major issue in this tool and it is best tool used by major Software Community. It is easy to handle and there is no drawback in this tool.

"A Great API tool"

Pros: Its versatility to store and share APIs collections and authorization within APIs grouped
Cons: It is not possible to perform Load testing
"An important API testing tool"
Overall: Despite the challenge that goes into setting up this tool, it remains invaluable in my day to day development.
Pros: Flexible, featureful and inexpensive. Once set up, it is an invaluable tool to assist my API testing efforts
Cons: Due to how featureful it is, it has a steep learning curve. Meerly setting up a single request and response is easy enough, but trying to sort out a whole API and environments on it will prove challenging.
