The ease of deployment allows for quick and efficient manual review for our customers and their orders. The recently updated "Network Insights" function provides a more indepth look into the the customer's behavior and device traits, which are essential to my role. Cons Integration within my current daily tasks is efficient, but sometimes time consuming when I am needed to manually input the information into the Ekata blanks. I would like there to be a function that describes and provides a breakdown of the Risk Score provided as well. Pros This product is generally easy to use. I do the email verification check which cuts down having to use a different tool to confirm email is valid. Cons If you do not have a first/last name for an address/email address don't have the system try to break the alias of the email out into a first/last name. Permit whitespaces would be nice. If you have a whitespace in an email address, it won't find the information, once the whitespace is removed it works.
