Integration and testing of Ekata products in general is simple and straightforward. Cons Depending on the type of business, coverage of particular data fields can vary by international markets so strategies will need to evolve in terms of how the product is used. Reason for choosing Ekata Pro Insight I've been even more impressed by the level of support, turnaround and response times, and partnership the team has provided in my current and previous companies. The ease of deployment allows for quick and efficient manual review for our customers and their orders. The recently updated "Network Insights" function provides a more indepth look into the the customer's behavior and device traits, which are essential to my role. Cons Integration within my current daily tasks is efficient, but sometimes time consuming when I am needed to manually input the information into the Ekata blanks. Pros This product is generally easy to use. I do the email verification check which cuts down having to use a different tool to confirm email is valid. Cons If you do not have a first/last name for an address/email address don't have the system try to break the alias of the email out into a first/last name. Permit whitespaces would be nice.
