Cons It would be good to customise the clock-in greeting, as we are a Maaori based workplace. Would be good to get a 'Kia ora' from it. It has given us greater visbility over employee hours, enabling us to manage lateness with available reports. It has greatly reduced our admin hours in processing payroll. Cons There has not been any negatives, the support team have been fantastic working out any implementation problems. Pulling out total hours for each employee is also super easy. Cons When allocating 'sick, annual leave' etc it automatically adds on the hours instead of leaving as is.
