At the same time, we were approaching the 25th anniversary of our founding, and the Board wanted a special logo in our signatures for the year. Exclaimer made this very easy to accomplish. We did the same thing five years later. Also, we just folded on of our departments (which had a completely different signature block) into another, and again, Exclaimer made it very easy to add content at the bottom of the team's signature advising our clients of the change and that it would have no effect on their service. Exclaimer to the rescue. Pros I like how easy it is to create and manage signatures, especially when we need to have slightly different signatures for different departments. Also, their customer support team, especially \[sensitive content hidden\], almost always responds very quickly to questions and support requests. Cons I really can't think of anything I don't like. A must have! Pros Support from the Exclaimer team was awesome. We reached out to support to work through a transfer of one of our clients to a new provider and Cristina's assistance was crucial and excellent at helping guide us through the process. Cons I have not had a bad interaction with Exclaimer. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a central way to manage theirs, or multiple tenant's signatures. The signatures work reliably every day, and the support team is very helpful and quick to respond whenever we need them. Pros Exclaimer is very easy to use. Setting up and updating our company email signatures is quick and simple, and the templates make it easy to keep a consistent look for all staff. Cons We are not able to use our own fonts in the signatures. This limits how closely they can match our brand, so we have to use one of the standard fonts instead. We had to fight through complicated settings and licensing issues to achieve what should have been a straightforward result. However, my experience with \[sensitive content hidden\] was completely different. She was fantastic throughout the process and helped us finally get things sorted. Five stars for \[sensitive content hidden\], but the product itself definitely needs to be simpler and more transparent. Pros The customer support, especially \[sensitive content hidden\], was excellent. She was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. She took ownership of our issue, helped us resolve the billing problems and arranged a credit for incorrect charges. I would give her customer service 5 stars. Cons The product is very complicated and not particularly user-friendly. Something as simple as limiting which users need signatures turned into a long and frustrating process. We had to spend far too much time investigating settings, changing mail flow rules and contacting support just to get the licensing under control.
