The main downside is that it took our IT team about a year to get around to implementing some custom AD fields to sync with Exclaimer, but the system is flexible enough that we were able to move forward with more manual methods until the dev work was completed. **Pros:** Exclaimer provides all of the needed organization and sectioning for our business with 3 distinct units that all rely on separated branding and control. **Cons:** The UI is a little dated, and sometimes it can be tricky to get custom AD fields to sync correctly to Exclaimer.
