Great software which has saved us a lot of time. If you have done your work properly you can rely on every employee has the correct signature all the time no matter which device is used to send emails.

Pros

Very easy to use. Web-based. Has a lot of options. Integrates well with Active Directory. Signature tester.

Cons

Handling logo pics. We have minor issues.

Very good. Like it a lot!

Pros

I like most of it, the ease of creating group, applying to groupmembers or individuals. I think it is really simple to use and administrate. I have recomended it to other several people at other companies that struggle with signatures and onboarding for new employees.

Cons

I can't really tell. Sometimes we have had issues with signatures that haven't been applied to certain users. but i think it was solved. so nothing bad to say.

We started with Exclaimer long time ago, and at that time I didn't identify any other competitors.

Pros

We use this software for basic signature creation. We're not doing anything complex like campaigns or managing dozens or hundreds of signatures. We manage about six custom ones. It was easy and straight forward to deploy what we needed, and the price point is good for us compared to others with higher minimum user counts and the like. Creating these basic signatures was a straightforward process. Customer service was helpful with creating some of routing which we struggled with.

Cons

Even though we only manage a small number of signatures some of our routing rules are complex and it was difficult to get things right the first few go arounds. It took speaking with customer service, who were responsive and helpful, to get some of what we wanted working. In the end we couldn't do everything we wanted, to be fair though, we may be asking for something uncommon that would require custom coding.

Straightforward, intuitive, only asked for techs when I absolutely had no choice - and they were quick to get in touch and get me moving with having my signature up and running. Depending on the package that you choose, you can send emails from either phone/tablet/desktop & the signature is the same on that same email address no matter which, and, I am now in the process of delineating my services, and so I can now have a signature specifically for Risk Management, a different one for Project Management, etc. etc. A wonderful service!

Pros

The ability to be able to compile my own professional signature line myself, using the intuitive functionality of the web based developer is brilliant. I am a consultant to the Real Estate Development and Financial Services industries, so being able to show my professional accreditations and industry memberships at the bottom is an incredible way to quickly show to prospective clients and counterparties that you are a serious player in your profession, and Exclaimer makes doing that easy.

Cons

It can be tricky to set up if you are using a Re-seller's MO package, as they don't like giving up the Global Admin Access. Do yourself a wonderful favour, go through a tiny bit of pain now to wretch it off them, set up IT directly through a MO created for you/your organization, and get started with Exclaimer.

Pros

Very easy to set up and delegate access to our Comms people.

Cons

Had to upgrade to pro to get access to custom fields beyond the 2 included. Would have liked to add just 1 or 2 extras

It's the one everyone talks about. It's very straightforward to set up and it was only marginally more expensive than the alternatives I looked at.

Pros

I have used various versions of Exclaimer for a number of years and find the latest cloud version to be the best yet. From initial administration and configuration, to creating and managing templates its straightforward to use and support.

Cons

I had an issue recently and found it difficult to access support and the case wasnt properly investigated. As the issue was resolved by a re-sync of data it was just left as being a glitch.

Have always recomended this software to clients and we use it in house. When ive had a problem the support team are great to work with.

Pros

Everythis is drag and drop making signature design very easy but can be a little fiddly and does require a small learning curve. Love how you set one signature and it applies to everyone or you can have several signatures that apply based on rules.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a little fiddly to fine tune a signature. There are some quirks that do get resolved but id like the outlook signature plugin to auto update.

Cons

eXclaimer is on cloud, you are free of update or fix. You have only to manage signatures

Since using Exclaimer they have introduced many new features that I've welcome with open arms like signatures for OWA. Love how easy it is and the great CS. Overall, would recommend.

Pros

Deployment and configuration were easy with step by step guides. Their support team were great help too!

Cons

There are some features missing like the agent to deploy for MacOS, but they have solved that. At times the admin portal can be kind of sluggish but most of the time its fine.

Pros

Your PowerShell/cloud implementation is awesome I love how easy it is to link the system into a new tenancy. The UI outside of the designer is clean and readable and just very nice.

Cons

The Signature designer is clunky and unwieldy, things get stuck and there's a lot of 'ghost problems' around font and spacing that go away when you just delete and remake whole sections. Additionally please for the love of god make an option to default the font size to actual font size instead of pixel size. An option to increase or set the frequency of 365 syncing would also be nice having to manually sign into exclaimer, go to settings and hit sync is an unwieldy step when all you have to do is update one persons mobile number..

Its easy to setup and a lightweight addin for Outlook. We dont have any conflicts with other addins and it just works as we need it to! The administration is simplistic and we haven't needed to do much administration since its initial setup.

The way you can segment the signatures across different departments/companies within the group is fantastic. Once you understand how it allocates each signature its so simple. You need to ensure your 365 data on your employees is all filled in correctly, but once this is done the whole segmentation is great. We have 3 companies within our group each with different departments & I can have a different signature with everyone if I wish.

Pros

The fact it allocates the signatures to your mobile devices too. Even if you are using Apple Mail rather than the outlook app the results are still fantastic. I also love the fact that the "Client Side" set-up allows you to see the signature on your computer when creating the outgoing email. This was a must for my MD and exclaimer delivered.

Cons

The sync of any changes to your signature on desktop email can take a while to happen (upto 30mins or so) which can be a little frustrating, however its almost immediate on mobile devices.

### "Moving from ON Prem Exchange to Office 365"

Overall it a great product and easy to use. I like it very much.

Pros

I have used Exclaimer Signature for Exchange for years but now most of my clients are moving into Office 365 because of costs and availability to their data. Exclaimer Cloud was the niche I was looking for to get my clients into the Office 365 environment with little or no changes for my templates. Exclaimer Support was great at taking my current templates and converting them into Exclaimer Cloud.

Cons

Two things that annoy me about the product is the time it takes a long time to me (15 minutes) to see my changes on a user implemented, such as if I change a cell phone number on a user I then have to force a data sync for it to take effect. Another issue it that the software does not access all information about a user that you can do in Exclaimer for Exchange. I used the notes field for user credentials ( MBA, PHD etc) and Exclaimer Cloud does not give you access to that data, so be warned.

Been with Exclaimer since 2014. Ran on Exchange 2010 and now Exchange online. Does much more and better than the native MS options.

Pros

We use it as signature software. Getting the signatures "perfect" takes a bit of work but once you get one done you can copy it and apply as needed. No issues with their support. I dont see any better alternative and have no plans to replace it.

Cons

Not much in terms of cons. We have a simple deployment and it just works.
