It’s easy to learn as the fonts are quite basic

The syncing of emails to the Crm often crashes

I used Stayinfront CRM for more than 3 years. It took only less than a month to get used to the features as it’s very manual and traditional. There is a feature of converting the data to the excel document and I used this a lot as it’s easier to manipulate the data on the excel than on the software itself. It’s not user friendly.

Pros

\- Opportunity Management provides thorough information which can be used to track the team or other user’s progress. - The calendar has various activity options suits any type of roles within the company (roles based on field or at the office). This feature helps to record daily activities as a justification of the work and can be used by management to supervise the team’s activity.

Cons

\- The display is traditional and not sophisticated. They use a long list instead of showing interactive charts. - All data entry is not integrated and still very manual and time consuming. - Analysis should be done manually. For example, there are various options to choose for the reasons of won/lost business but this cannot be used for analysis on the software which defeats the purpose.
