Pros

The interface is intuitive and easy to use, even for team members with limited technical skills. Real-time tracking and proof of delivery features work seamlessly, helping us keep customers informed and improve service quality. The mobile app is lightweight and performs well in the field.

Cons

It would be helpful to have more flexibility in branding and setting custom alert triggers. Also, integrating with other information systems is quite challenging

LEARNING CURVE, Cost per lisence is too expensive. I feel premium options should not be so expensive to also have access to it.

Satisfied in every way, the assistance is very fast, possibility to costumize it, integration with the ERP system without any problems.

Pros

everything is in order, the costumers appreciated the system, no lost deliveries. very quick operations.

none, it's really hard to find something wrong whit this application, one thing, we'll wait for the italian version

a easy and simple use system that has a lot more use that i have yet to understand ...a one on one would be nice.

Pros

Ease of use and the simplicity of tracking jobs. when a customer has a issue i just simply type in job info and pulls up job and i can provide customer with proof of delivery

Cons

the extra amount of tabs or options i feel like its not something i can uses for my application ... the ability to make theses small modification and "clean" the page up would be nice

### "Love Detrack"

Very good, very easy to use. Love all the features such as tracking, POD's, being able to swap orders from one driver to another.

Pros

It is very handy and makes my day so much easier, love that we have POD's online, this way if a customer queries any deliveries we can just download the POD and send it to the customer.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like, I can't say anything that I dislike about it. It has only helped us.

We have had very positive experiences thus far with Detrack. Even when encountering issues, they were quickly and expertly addressed by Detrack staff. We have even seen some of our issues resulting in changes to Detrack itself.

Pros

We chose Detrack for our small business because it helps us keep organized and makes tracking our trucks simple. It allows visibility for our drivers, clients and customers, which helps keep everyone on the same page.

Cons

As we are a small business, we don't have an "IT" department. I wish setting up certain features was simpler, as the UI can be really complicated to the less tech savvy such as myself. For example, I have read through the instructions on how to send emails/texts to customers using the app but we have never utilized the feature due to requiring a third-party program and having to integrate them.

### "Could Work Better for Trades"

I like the ability to customize the fields, but further configuration would make this a great choice for other trades-related businesses (plumber, locksmith, electrician, etc).

Pros

The customer always is updated about our status.

Cons

It's not very customizable. I don't need the Pickup and Delivery tabs. We are not a delivery service. We are a trades company and use this to schedule and inform our customer where we are. This could be customized to service businesses and it would be a great feature for the other trades.

### "Detrack use as a proof of collection review"

It's a nice little system, cost effective but has limitations which we are finding are more and more restrictive as our business grows. We use Detrack for our waste management company (proof of collection), so I feel we miss out on a lot of the POD functionality. I think there is real scope to develop the system further for collectors with regular customers.

Pros

It is very cost effective, easily to add users and the interface is easy to use for drivers and managers.

Cons

No backward and forward integration with Xero - need the ability to bill regular customers for the total number of jobs completed for them over a period (ie a month). Abilities to manage regular customer schedules within the system (rather than uploading from a spreadsheet). No ability to add photos to each job for the drivers to see. No ability to add set items/descriptions with pricing for each item and regular customer. Reporting functionality is very basic. More can be gathered from exporting data to Excel.

Tracking deliveries and creating routes for drivers. Updating drivers trips in real time and tracking drivers progress

In terms of reporting, we’d like to have more functionality. At the moment, we’re unable to find a suitable report that allows us to analyze when and which driver visited a particular address.

### "Great Product, easy to use and great price"

Great service, they reply to any question very quickly.

Pros

Easy to use, very intuitive, extremely easy to train a new driver.

Cons

When you send a pre delivery text, the time that Detrack provides is soo far off. In some cases, we are 10 minutes away and Detrack has it at 3 hours. We then edit that text every time.

does the job well. driver got accustomed to the app feature very quickly.

Simple App & Manual (used to be). drivers are accustomed to the app feature very quickly, and i like the previous manual/ documentation. straight to the point, i can see whats available. but now the manual list is not easy to find.

Cons

\- the customer service experience is bad. since detrack outsourced it, the response is slow and they do not know technical and acted like messengers only. "I'll check with the technical team" is a common answer, and long wait time makes it worse. but this problem is prevalent for a larger corporation. meaning it'll only get worse through time. - rising prices.

We like it alot because we get what we want.

Pros

Easy to use and entries to complete each order is straightforward. All necessary standard information are sufficient to provide end of day . Able to extract and made billing smooth.

Cons

columns are unnecessary too wide and if we have alot of columns on screen, we have to reduce font which made it too small. It's not user-friendly in this manner.

Reason for choosing Detrack

Too complicated entries to fill up to complete , so we finally decided on Detrack
