Sehr gute Software für Strukturierung und einen besseren Überblick im Unternehmen!

Pros

Cobra CRM ist in unserem Unternehmen nicht mehr wegzudenken. Der einfache Datenimport aus Microsoft Office macht es leicht alle eingehenden EMails zu ordnen und den Überblick zu bewahren. Die Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitern wird so vereinfacht, da jeder auf bereits eingepflegte Inhalte Zugriff hat.

Cons

Es ist nicht möglich, dass zwei Personen gleichzeitig in einem Kontakt arbeiten. Es werden nur Änderung einer Person akzeptiert.
