eTermin funktioniert wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben, insbesondere unsere Telefonassistentenfunktion funktioniert über die eTermin-API wirklich sehr gut, obwohl wir noch nicht alles getestet haben.

Pros

Die offene Schnittstelle, die uns ermöglicht hat unseren Telefonassistenten (https://co-brainers.com/etermin) mit eTermin zu integrieren. Dadurch bekommen Kunden und Patienten im Falle eines Anrufs nicht nur oberflächliche Informationen über den Betrieb wie die Öffnungszeiten, sondern können je nach Konfiguration des Assistenten sogar Termine buchen, ändern oder stornieren.

Cons

Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass die Benutzerführung im Web, sowohl für Admin als auch für Kunden intuitiver sein könnte.

Ich finde eTermin gut, mit nettem Service. Es war zwar nicht ganz das Richtige für uns, aber für Unternehmen oder Freiberufler mit weniger Dienstleistungen interessant.

Cons

Ich hätte mir mehr Design Möglichkeiten gewünscht und ein wenig mehr Leichtigkeit bei fer Handhabung.

There is an awesome number of features that I love about this software. Keep on the good work.

Pros

The best features this software has to offer, for me at least, are billing & invoicing and business coaching. There are also other features like appointment management and automated scheduling.

Cons

I can't say a bad thing about this software, Etermin is awesome.

\- ein sehr durchdachtes Termin für kleine, aber auch große Unternehmen (wird haben >270 Kalender im Einsatz) - für alle Eventualitäten wird eine Lösung gesucht - exzellenter Kundenservice

Pros

\- riesiger Funktionsumfang - einfache Bedienung (auch ohne Informatikstudium leicht einsetzbar) - top Kundenservice - API für Eigenentwicklungen und Implemtierung in eigene Systeme vorhanden

Cons

\- Ladezeiten sind relativ hoch (Front- und Backend, was aber auch an unserer Kalenderanzahl liegt) - Manche Menüpunkte orientieren sich nicht an den Nutzerrechten, was zu teils verwirrenden Fehlermeldungen führt (wird nach und nach abgestellt) - Reportingmöglichkeiten eher rudimentär

Sehr klares Design, viele Funktionen.

Pros

Diese Software kann alles was ich bei anderen online Termintools vermisst habe. Die Fahrzeiten zwischen den Terminen mit zu berücksichtigen ist nur eins davon.

Cons

Dadurch das dieses tool soviel Möglichkeiten hat ist die Einrichtung sehr komplex und für einen Durchschnitts Anwender wie mich nur nach langer Einarbeitung umzusetzen. Es gibt zwar viele Hilfevideos und einen tollen support, trotzdem ist die Einrichtung sehr umfangreich.

Das vermutlich beste Tool für die OnlineTerminvereinbarung.

Pros

Der Support und die Innovationsfähigkeit. Wir haben diverse Anregungen übermittelt, die fast alle sehr sehr schnell ( manchmal binnen 48 Stunden ) umgesetzt werden. Seither empfehlen wir dieses Terminbuchungstool unseren Kunden und haben dort schon sehr spannenden Konfigurationssetting eingebracht.

Cons

Eigendlich nichts. Wenn man den Funktionsumfang in dem einen oder anderen Projekt sehr stark ausreizt, wird es komplex und es braucht das Vermögen es zusammenzuhalten. Aber für den Einzelplatzanwender ist es nach einiger Einarbeitung sehr gut zu handeln.
