While it takes time to get used to and requires upfront setup effort, the long-term benefits in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance make it a strong choice for medium to large organizations. However, the team within Yooz help out on getting to know the business, understanding your needs and setting it up for you. Pros Easy tool for processing invoice nothing complicated like other tools. In other tool there some T codes are required but here we can use the windows without any T codes. Pros The ease of processing the purchase invoices at the end. the fact that it caters for both PO and non PO invoices (as not all invoices need POs) the reporting functions (using search bar too to look up documents) The ease of seeing your tasks in your section. Yooz breaks down invoice processing and Purchasing processing. Cons Some of our functions still don't work - we implemented a 'Split' functionality but when we made some changes it stopped working. Its still not working however the support team are looking into it with the development team. Pros Its great to have the organization using and accessing all the PO's in a single space. Also the login is safe and easy to make sure having all the finances saved securely. Cons Sometime the PO's that have been approved, disappear from the history. Which in some cases makes accounting and bookkeeping a bit difficult. Pros I like the efficiency of receiving invoices and statements which I can then process with ease against various funding channels. Cons There is room for improvement when it comes to the budget tracker. If you could add a facility on the site where you can track which invoices and statements have been processed against each funding channel. Currently, you can only see what funding was allocated and how much has been invoiced/used. Adding a way to monitor invoices, even if it is just by invoice title and amount would definitely improve the overall experience and efficiency. " August 19, 2025 5.0 i generally really like the programme, its incredibly easy to use and makes the task of processing invoices one that can be ticked off my list in minutes. Pros I'm fairly new in my role and have been trained on Yooz since my first day, overall I found it so easy to get around, the convenience allowed me to really get to grips with my tasks and process invoices independently before i could do much else. the log in and navigation is seamless and it really works well for my team. Cons I dont have many negatives to list about Yooz, only that sometimes it can take a while for a capture to turn in to a task but with a few refreshes this is always solved. I like that if there are queries on the invoice they can be sent back to be looked at and the feature to put on hold whilst investigating queries is good too. Pros Easy to locate, filter, order and prioritise tasks. this can be done by customer, value or due date. Cons In rare cases where there is an invoice processed or received late, I don't always notice this and if they are not ordered by due date we might not notice this.
