Overall we see lots of advantages but we still need to see the overall time savings and paperless. Pros So far it has been a relatively smooth roll out. Our support (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]) is knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful. Cons Overall not much at this point, still in the implementation stage. Most items that posed issues were resolved. Easier than we used to do but i really don't use a ton of the functionality as only an Approver. Pros So much easier than the way we used to process PO approvals. Cons Sometimes i have problems remembering the coding and it always pops up on an old PO screen which is odd. It automates a lot of redundancy between myself and accounting and leads to faster vendor payment. Pros It is super efficient for me to receive notifications and approve my employees expenses. Cons After approving invoices and I often get asked for spending habits on specific vendors and I wish I could easily pull historical costing data from invoices I have already approved. Pros When generating POs for different departments and categories we are able to get that done very quickly. Cons Sometimes the wrong category is chosen for the invoice. Installing an additional “Are you sure” or another safe guard. If you are ordering Lumber and accidentally put it under Food service, it can create another step to correct it later.
