August 19, 2025 5.0 Having previously manually imputed all invoices and processed them manually this has been a revaluation. The time spend processing invoices has been vastly reduced. Pros The automation of Yooz, makes processing invoices quick and smooth. The warning that are given when there are duplicates, payment amount differ and other issues such as bank details are invaluable as when processing 1000's of invoices this can sometimes be missed. The integration into Sage to allow payments to be made quick and easy also saves time. The accounting records that are produced help to ensure that there are few errors and these are identified easily. The security of the invoices been sent to yooz and the ability to reply to these so you know that you are messaging the correct email account for inquiries for the invoice. Cons It is frustration that Yooz does not always learn from invoices and remembers setting that you may have only used once. Change is difficult at times but we must embrace new systems of work to keep up with the growing trends in business Pros So far it seems ok, it has been a bit of a learning curve but the system is steady but getting invoices through has been a bit slow at first but it is getting better, still some glitches to be ironed out Cons the time frame of invoices coming through from suppliers but this isn't down to the system but the suppliers. I find it difficult to find out info regarding what my invoice spend is for a given time period and I am relying on adding up manually to see a figure of my overall spend for a time period. Most of us are afraid to go out our comfort zone which I find normal for most people. As we go along and started using the system it was still a bit of challenged because we are all new on this but thankfully Yooz have very accomodating support team that are always available to help us to solve our issues. Eventually, with using the system for almost a year now it had benefited me and the organization a lot in different aspect like archiving documents, saving money for early payment discounts, saves more time for invoice turn around process and payment issuance.I am happy to using the system. Pros I consider the "Invoice automatic email capture" as the most useful feature relating to my work.Since we have multiple brands, we have set up 4 Accounts Payable emails where vendors usually send monthly invoice and because of this amazing function I am able to save a lot of time to process each invoice that was being sent to us on a daily basis.It is so convenient to flip, track and communicate all the information needed related to the invoice because approvers are also able to write their notes, comments and instruction to each invoice through Yooz. That being said, it made it easy to process the payment for vendor's. Cons I am looking for the function where I am able to combine a page or document at a certain order.I have encountered before, that after the system had automatic split it didn't allow me to combine the pages that I need in a specific order that I want. Pros It's user friendly for entry and approvers. For someone who isn't very IT smart, having to do the background things is difficult.
