### "YOOZ dévalorisé par son SAV et sa fonction SUPPORT"

La commerciale m'a vendu un produit avec une API à mon logiciel de production comptable. Je signe le contrat, je reçois mes accès et commence à traiter des factures numérisées. Mais je n'avais pas noté que l'API n'était pas active (et pourtant c'est ce produit que l'on ma montré et vendu). Donc je contacte YOOZ pour que l'on m'active te paramètre cette API. Je n'ai rien et à ce jour je n'ai pas encore pu basculer ni les factures ni les écritures dans mon logiciel de production comptable.

Pros

la démo est excellente la commerciale profesionnelle

Cons

le support et nul c'est ma 2ème tentative d'utiliser YOOZ et à chaque fois, cela "plante" au niveau du service après vente je ne conseille pas cet outil non pas par ses fonctionnalités mais par la fonction support et SAV : pas efficace et pas réactif. Tout se passe par messagerie (mail ou chat). Si on vous met une réunion TEAMS, on ne vous appelle même pas si l'on voit que vous n'êtes pas connecté car la mise en place de l'API devait se faire via une réunion TEAMS

I have found this app easy and convenient for me. I can recommend it to anyone at any given time. My purchase order requests and processing has never been this easy.

Pros

I have found this app easy to use and straight to the point unlike other apps I have encountered.

Cons

This app is not complicated, the fact that you can copy and paste information from the quote to the purchase lines makes things quick and easy

Our overall experinece at a local and Trust level has been excellent. Would definitely recommend to others.

Pros

Yooz makes our payment processing very quick, easy and secure, maing what can, at times, be a very busy job much easier.

Cons

Sometimes the payment approval request can take some time to come through. Colleagues will let me kow they have put a payment through, but then it takes some time to filter through to me.

Cons

I work with different kinds of invoices, its ok that yooz do not recognize all details, but my expectations are that when I book another similar invoice, to recognize automatically all details

### "Simpler UI but complicated processing"

It is simpler interface compared to Salesforce requisition

Pros

Easy to use Interface. Everything is visible in one page (i.e the Request profile like name, entity, vendor, currency vs the Request cost line items)

Cons

Too many Yooz numbers for a request. The number that is seen in the begnining cannot be tracked back once the PO is generated. For eg: a POR is requested (Yooz number 1). Then a PO is generated (Yooz number 2). Then an invoice is processed against this PO (Yooz number 3) etc.. Cannot Forsee the approval flow.

### "Makes invoices process very simple and transparent for all"

I use it on a weekly basis to approve and manage incoming invoices. I like the fact we can forward and send back with comments. Also the fact we can automate approval flows

Pros

The online support that provided immediate help when I requested it. Also the clarity it provides with a step by step process.

Cons

The search functionality is not prominent enough, missing the value it has to check on all operations done in Yooz regarding invoices.

Good overall experience, but need further simplification and proper structuring

Yooz has lesser fields to fill in compared to other apps i used in past

Cons

No option to cancel my submission, it has to be rejected by the approver and thus cause delays. The application doesn't show the proper workflow. Also, difficult to track the Yooz request and the PO due to different naming

Quick and easy to use. Really like being able to follow the approval history to see where it stands.

Cons

Should have an owner that gets notifications. The creator is not always the owner. Remove the creator from having to approve in the process.

I like Yooz because they matched the pricing of our old AP software while offering additional features that integrate with our new Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365. This accounting software is not easy to use or integrate with, but \[sensitive content hidden\] were incredible in tailoring our Yooz account to seamlessly sync with Business Central so that everything flows beautifully.

Cons

As new upgrades are released, they sometimes disrupt our integrations with Microsoft accounting software. Each time errors arise, I have to reach out to the team, and while they resolve the issues promptly, I wish these errors didn't occur in the first place.

I think what I like the most is the support team. They have been so helpful in setting me up, getting us running, and troubleshooting. It's been easy to learn and the accounting has been accurate.

### "Yooz Integration"

"Change is inevitable"To be honest, it was a big challenged when we first introduce the system to the users because not everyone is open for change. Most of us are afraid to go out our comfort zone which I find normal for most people. As we go along and started using the system it was still a bit of challenged because we are all new on this but thankfully Yooz have very accomodating support team that are always available to help us to solve our issues. Eventually, with using the system for almost a year now it had benefited me and the organization a lot in different aspect like archiving documents, saving money for early payment discounts, saves more time for invoice turn around process and payment issuance.I am happy to using the system.

Pros

I consider the "Invoice automatic email capture" as the most useful feature relating to my work.Since we have multiple brands, we have set up 4 Accounts Payable emails where vendors usually send monthly invoice and because of this amazing function I am able to save a lot of time to process each invoice that was being sent to us on a daily basis.It is so convenient to flip, track and communicate all the information needed related to the invoice because approvers are also able to write their notes, comments and instruction to each invoice through Yooz. That being said, it made it easy to process the payment for vendor's.

Cons

I am looking for the function where I am able to combine a page or document at a certain order.I have encountered before, that after the system had automatic split it didn't allow me to combine the pages that I need in a specific order that I want.

This is a very unprofessional and dishonest company. The sales staff cannot explain specifications in detail and sells functionalities they do not have. Then they offer you to try it for free, but when we wanted to discontinue after a negative experience during the trial period they suddenly claim it is a one year obligatory contract, started charging our bank account and do not answer mails anymore.

Pros

We liked their promises, unfortunately none came true.

Cons

This must be the most unfriendly and confusing platform we have seen in years. Not intuitive at all to work with and very laborious to configurate.

### "YOOZ AP Automation"

It has helped tremendously with our AP processing. I have been able to increase productivity and accuracy and save money by not having to hire additional personnel. The company is very customer oriented and helpful.

Pros

Customer support is great. The implementation process was easy and the staff was very accomodating. We had many issues during our implementation and they were patient and quick with changes. They offered options for ways to organize and set things up. It is most likely not the best AP automation software but the price point was great and did the trick for us. We have a very difficult ERP system to work with and they managed to integrate it very well. They also brought in a customer that used our same accounting software to explain to us how they integrated the program and went out of their way to make sure that we knew what we were getting. Whenever there was any issue, they called in someone to help right away.

Cons

Not always user intuitive but once you get the hang of the program, it is easy. In the beginning of the implementation, we were moved from person to person but once we settled in, it worked well.
