Dashboard view gives you a glimpse, auto detects problems, and detailed reports help a lot. User experience monitoring helps to understand the end users issues. Overall it is a great affordable solution. Pros Dashboard view of the application under monitoring, asynchronous update of the performance, gradual learning curve for performance testers and engineers, easy to implement within the enterprise architecture and more. Cons There are lot of industry tools and solutions under the \`APM\` tag, I would feel the user base of Applicare is yet to reach its peak. Pros Applicare has evolved as an end to end solution over the time and they are only getting better. An enterprise class software with great features like auto-discovery and end to end transaction flow map making it easy find abnormalities and root cause analysis.
