Creating and managing shifts is simple and quick, and it gives our supervisors a clear view of what is happening in the site, including when someone doesn’t arrive at a scheduled site or when a duty is missed. The dashboard also gives management a helpful overview of performance and trends. The support we’ve received has been excellent as well. \[sensitive content hidden\] was especially helpful during our initial setup and made the onboarding process very smooth. He took the time to guide me through everything, answer my questions and has continued to be available whenever I’ve needed assistance. His support has made it much easier for us to get started and use the platform confidently. Cons Since Novagems offers many features, it took our team a little time to explore and understand everything available on the platform. However, the demos and training provided by the team made the learning process much easier. Pros The scheduling feature is the biggest time-saver for me. I can create shifts, assign guards, and handle last-minute changes in just a few clicks. The reporting is also very useful for client meetings and payroll. The mobile app is easy for the guards to use, and we haven't had major training issues.
