Much more responsive customer service. Pros Software is pretty easy to use. There are a few minor changes I'd make if I were the engineer but gets the job done. Cons Few little minor details I'd change if I could but there are easy enough workarounds. Maybe because someone is not monitoring the help request 24/7. My vehicles could be out anytime including late nights or early mornings. Pros Very easy to use and maintain for daily activity reports. Cons Nothing I can think of with using this product.
