Matrack first starting calling and bugging the crap out of me but Spytec finally got so unresponsive that I decided to give Matrack a shot and I'm glad I did. Much more responsive customer service.

Pros

Software is pretty easy to use. There are a few minor changes I'd make if I were the engineer but gets the job done.

Cons

Few little minor details I'd change if I could but there are easy enough workarounds.

Only complaint is when I do have an issue with the tracking device stalling in place and there was an indication that the vehicle was moving (in place for more then 30 minutes or longer) and needed to be reset was that the help desk not responding in a very timely manner. Maybe because someone is not monitoring the help request 24/7. My vehicles could be out anytime including late nights or early mornings.

Pros

Very easy to use and maintain for daily activity reports.

Cons

Nothing I can think of with using this product.

The feature that is most important to me is that I can dress sign in and locate where my vehicle are so whenever a customer calls I can give them accurate information and if my driver has a problem I can pinpoint their location to get help to them

Cons

All the features thought I use are good there working just fine and satisfy my requirements

Pros

I know people are safe by using Matrack GPS

Pros

I like the fact that I can know where the vehicles are of my workers for their safety for surveillance investigation, also when following a teenager who is using their parents car, the parents apply the GPS to the car for me to know where they are this way I do not need to follow so closely

Cons

I can't think of any thing that needs to be changed.
