Generally speaking WeGuard customer service has always been available and able to provide assistance when needed and has been very helpful in resolving issues or providing help.

Pros

The product makes it significantly easier to manage the 88 devices that we use in our agency. I am able to upload the same program to all of the phones with the push of a button and can also remotely wipe a phone that has been lost or reset a passcode/password if necessary.

Cons

The software is not necessarily exceptionally user friendly for someone who may not be especially tech savvy. I am quite confident that I am not using near the capabilities that the product offers.

Overall, WeGuard is an excellent MDM solution, combining simplicity, affordability, and outstanding customer support

Pros

WeGuard's exceptional support team is available round the clock, providing quick assistance unlike other MDMs that often take 1-2 days to respond to a ticket. The user-friendly console makes it easy to use and WeGuard offers everything needed for controlling enterprise mobile devices at a great price.

Cons

Weguard has no cons that I have experienced

Customer Service. Unlike other MDMs, We Guard Support team available round the clock in less than a minute. Most MDMs take 1-2 days to respond to a ticket.
