Pros

We tried different software to organize our work process more efficiently but there were always some problems with each software. And then we finally found the Utiliko platform and after using it for a week we noticed our team’s productivity improvement. This is a perfect app with a super user-friendly interface. I highly recommend this app if you have a problem of organizing business process and tracking the data easily.

Cons

We haven't noticed drawbacks using this platform.

Pros

The platform is equipped with features that make your business stand out of the crowd. Utiliko saves a lot of time and paperwork by providing e-signature for estimates and contract executions. The platform has several automation features like automatically creating tasks for any project acquired and accurately tracking time for work done in a specific project.

Time saving by not duplicating entries in multiple systems Electronic Signatures to speed up process Time Tracking of important billable hours Complete communication with client in ONE system, one place

Pros

The system is incredible, a lot of time saving and efficiency for us. we used 7 different systems prior to Utiliko and now have ONE. In our industry we have a lot of recurring transactions that are vital to our business and with Utiliko we have all of those automated with auto pay and we even have a promotion pricing on recurring invoices too. invoices are automatically entered, emails go out and amount is auto drafted from our client's account and deposited to our account. Another thing we love is electronic everything, contracts are signed by client electronically, so is estimates, invoices are paid online through client portal, project certification of completions are signed electronically and etc. this saves a ton of manual paperwork that is prone to mistakes Billable time tracking, this feature makes us money by accurately tracking time and never forgetting to bill a project or support ticket. The project Automation saves us at least 30 minutes per project that we create by automatically creating tasks for us on specific new projects. Without this, not only would we spend more time but having to rely on user to ensure they never make mistake is unthinkable now. There is no way we could live without this feature anymore. Just as we thought it could not get any better, email has been added to the platform and we realized how big of a problem we had. Now we can Relate an email to a project/client/task/ticket etc so that communication becomes available for everyone!

Cons

No major flaws in the system. We want to see more functionality through the mobile app. I understand you built it primarily for outside sales and technicians but hoping to see more options like accounting in there soon. hopefully we see some integration into marketing systems, this will be a big plus.

Implementation was very simple with Utiliko, it was much cheaper up-front and monthly and most importantly, it is simple and intuitive for users to use so we felt that will drive engagement with platform and our users will actually use it.
