It offers a familiar replacement to those, but it's not without issues that can be common when self-hosting productivity tools at scale. Pros I like that the layout is familiar and it's relatively easy to schedule meetings and send mails. Cons There were issues with timezone support not working properly and integration with Mac Mail. Especially with the new Kopano Meet! Because it's open source (and not saas), you can run it on your own platforms. Very interesting for setups that need to be very secure. Cons People sometimes have a hard time switching from something familiar to something new. But when they have switched they see the ease of use and the benefits right away.
