"Ein sehr praktisches Tool"
Overall: Wir haben inzwischen ca. 70 % unserer Vorlagen in Docunize. Es ist sehr praktisch, weil nun alle denselben Stand haben und jeder darauf Zugriff hat. Wir nutzen allerdings die Möglichkeit der Variablen noch viel zu wenig. Die Bearbeitung von vorhandenen Versionen finde ich etwas umständlich, weil mir meist erst bei der Verwendung noch etwas auffällt, das ich verbessern könnte. Dann muss ich erst in den Administrator gehen und das bereits verbesserte rüberkopieren und dort nachholen. Schöner wäre, wenn ich aus einem Dokument mit dem aktuellen Stand die Möglichkeit hätte den Administrator aufzurufen, um das Dokument an dieser Stelle gleich ausbessern zu können.
Pros: Es ist alles übersichtlich und gut sortiert und es wird vermieden, dass die Kollegen eigene Versionen ablegen.
Cons: Wenn man sehr viele Unterlagen hat, dann wäre es noch übersichtlicher, wenn man gruppieren könnte
