Payquad listens to their customer feedback, and is always coming up with new features and functions. Very simple and not complicated. Cons Honestly, have not yet run into any cons with this product. It speeds up rent collection improving cash flow. Also allows tenants to make online requests for maintenance. Pros The end user experience. Our tenants find it easy to use. The hardest part is getting the tenants to try it. However once they do, then they are sold Cons Having to get site staff to accept the change and push the tenants to use the product. Pros Customization and ease of use. Payquad has been able to work with us to ensure smooth on-boarding of their platform into our management software. This has helped increase productivity by reducing the manpower necessary to track, process, and input deposits. Their other features, like Maintenance Requests have assisted with keeping trades and duties organized and provide an analytical tool into tracking persistent issues that require additional attention. Cons Every successful company strives for perfection. Payquad is no different. We look forward to them expanding their features in an effort to morph into a full-bodied management software.
