Payquad listens to their customer feedback, and is always coming up with new features and functions. Customer service is on par, they are easily reachable and always willing to help and if unavailable always get back to you in a timely manner. Pros The ease of use, and set-up. Very simple and not complicated. Cons Honestly, have not yet run into any cons with this product. Pros Customization and ease of use. Payquad has been able to work with us to ensure smooth on-boarding of their platform into our management software. This has helped increase productivity by reducing the manpower necessary to track, process, and input deposits. Their other features, like Maintenance Requests have assisted with keeping trades and duties organized and provide an analytical tool into tracking persistent issues that require additional attention. Cons Every successful company strives for perfection. Payquad is no different. We look forward to them expanding their features in an effort to morph into a full-bodied management software. They're receptive to feedback and are always looking to improve the product. Pros Payment processing and tenant portals are critical to the smooth functioning of our business, and provides a slick easy to use interface for our tenants to interact with. Cons Does not integrate with our accounting softwares, and with some aspects of our workflow. Payquad is reasonably fast and timely in providing assistance when needed. Cons Nothing comes to mind, as we use rent collection feature only. Reason for choosing Payquad Payquad provided all the tools for the initial approach to the tenants; and ability for the tenant to contact Payquad directly if there were any issues creating the account, or subsequent login. We can easily see who has paid, collect rent and report it easily and provide statements. Pros Easy to use. Easy to track Tenant payments. Easier to collect on First of the month. It speeds up rent collection improving cash flow. Also allows tenants to make online requests for maintenance. Pros The end user experience. Our tenants find it easy to use. The hardest part is getting the tenants to try it. However once they do, then they are sold Cons Having to get site staff to accept the change and push the tenants to use the product. Pros Customer support team to assist tenants and site staff takes the pressure off head office to troubleshoot those issues.
