### "It works well if you can't spend much but want to get rid of Excel"

It's not so hard to implement. You just need a couple of weeks of transition period. Just choose a time outside the holiday or other high seasons and dedicate a couple of hours each day to transferring your inventory and stock to the solution.

Pros

The inventory module is quite robust, didn't expect all these features for this price. Has a built-in barcode generator. You can save much time with its stock movement reports. Now you don't need to make endless stock tackings just to understand the situation in your warehouse. You can get a full report in seconds.

Cons

I wish it had accounting features to run everything in one solution.

Kladana has made managing my small business so much easier. I can keep track of sales, orders, and inventory without any confusion.

Pros

It’s an all-in-one solution that fits perfectly with my needs as a small business owner. I especially like how intuitive the interface is. There’s no need to spend a lot of time figuring it out. The customer support team is always quick to respond and very helpful when I have questions. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed that my processes are more organized, and I can focus more on introducing smth new instead of worrying about every small task.

Cons

The only thing I think could improve is to create the mobile app.

At first, I did everything by myself then as the business started growing I hired two employees, and we faced the problem of task tracking. I spent almost all my time checking and rechecking everything. I've tried Kladana for managing my inventory but as a bonus, I got a handy task-tracking tool.

Pros

You no longer need to check everything. You can list every action for every employee and then you only mark them as done. Very handy for those who need to make many small operations. Good for many users: each sees their own tasks, no mess. The support is good, they really help.

Cons

I wish it had an Android app, so i can use it from my phone

### "Brief overview of MyStore"

I had a very positive experience with MyStore for my business FundiDoral – where we produce metal pieces of different kind. Affordable, easy to set up and to understand. Can be used as an independent CRM that also includes inventory management. Clear and straightforward. Well-suited for small businesses. Weak as CRM but still a good tool for inventory management.

Pros

Great and intuitive interface, simple and clear. Good for tracking inventory, its turnover and stock balances (both on hand and including allocated items). With product options, barcodes and serial numbers. Supports import of invoices and supplier price lists from Excel. Cloud-based. Access from any device, you only need the Internet connection. iOS mobile app works just fine. Free version for 1 user that comes with some limitations. Built-in CRM. Available only in paid versions. Allows to print price tags and barcodes.

Cons

None, I did not find any. Sometimes the response timing of support can be faster.

Mainly we recommend this app for retail, small wholesale, e-commerce, service providing, or a combination of those. The solution is right on the money.

Pros

Advantages: Software Quality Ease of Use Look and Feel Pricing I’ve registered my account and immediately started using the solution. Without wasting time on manuals and tutorials. MyStore is rather functional for its segment: you can always adjust it to your needs, build an individual view from the list of available features. The support team is prompt and helpful, solving all issues. Since the first day of using MyStore, there were no crashes, system fails, data losses or anything like that. Updates are being released frequently, the app features continue expanding. Suitable for a wide range of companies: wholesale, retail, IM, service, etc.

Cons

CRM functions are not very well developed. Not enough of cross-section reports both for contacts and employees. So I have to use another CRM and double the customer base. First, I work in CRM (a third-party app), and then switch to MyStore. When it comes to money, orders and invoices MyStore is really good.

Easy, simple and powerful! We did’t want to use an ERP system that would cost us a lot of money and take a years to implement. I was looking for a simple service for inventory management, invoicing and stock control. I found MyStore on Google, and immediately liked it. Highly recommended.

We’ve set up access rights across our liquor store network and everything is working great. Giving users a login and password is enough to onboard them. They can learn the service by themselves and monitor how the things are going at the POS. Both tasks at the same time in one window. Truly useful tool.

Pros

Intuitive to set up and easy use, gets all the things done. Allows to see in real-time what’s happening at the POS, all sales transactions executed, who is on the shift, etc. Absolutely simple and really helpful. I spent a lot of time choosing the right service to manage sales and now I am happy with my selection.

Cons

No serious Cons to mention. Great solution overall.

We have been using the service for a year. Previously we used an Excel to track products and stock. I remember those days with horror... It's like a load off our back! There were no updates that somehow made the service worse. The interface is clear and simple, it seriously facilitates all your work. If you doubt that it won’t fit your needs, take trial period and test. Believe me, you won’t need anything else!

Smart search is excellent Profit and loss, contacts cards, navigation -- everything is great! Cons

The iOS app has fewer features than the web-version. But they update it constantly and little by little it grows up with functionality..

It has helped me to retain customers who find it very useful to have the updated product catalog at their fingertips.

Pros

It is a very dynamic tool that allows you to configure the identity of customers so that they have up-to-date access to the products on offer. In addition, the chat and email assistance they offer is very good.

Cons

I can not detect disadvantages in this software, maybe it could reduce the price of the professional version although it is still a fairly affordable price.
